Plumbing repair. Tech and the service were fine. Price was way too high for 30 minutes of work. Had to have it done today due to leaks, but would not use again

I believe the guy who did our service call was Chris at Douglas Place apartments. The customer service was superb. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was needed, he got the job done in a timely manner, and he did a great job with cleaning up after himself (not all that common). Great landlords, whenever I call for maintenance they come and fix the situation. No matter what it is they always come through, me and my spouse are glad to have them as landlords! The employees are always respectable , professional and kind and the job always gets done. We highly recommend !
