The work that was done was great, but the technician took the plate that goes on the bottom of the shower so we had to replace that instead of just putting it back on and he took our old shower head that he replaced and we actually wanted to keep it (it still worked) But other than that the work was great and he helped us in a pinch so we really appreciated it. He was very nice and extremely professional.

OK,service, but kinda pricey 340.00 to cap off two water lines...but what ya going to do ! & it wasn't hard to get to either.

We had a drain backup in our basement and it was a mess! I called Snake 'n' Rooter and they sent Jerry out to help us. He was very nice, efficient and quick.
