I had a waterline leak in my garage that was dripping water, which was coming from an old and faulty waterline T-fitting connection from the original 30+ year old house plumbing. I called Quick Relief Plumbing and they had a licensed plumber at my house in one hour! He fixed the leak by replacing the broken and leaking part, and the whole job took less than an hour to complete. Within two hours from my initial phone call to Quick Relief Plumbing, everything was fixed correctly and professionally! I will definitely be calling them again in the future with any of my plumbing needs!

I wanted to post an update after our bad experience last week. They sent out Edward to check on the work that had been done after my previous poor review. He definitely knew what he was doing and was able to correct the previous technicians work. If possible, I would request him in the future.

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!

Work was done well. Friendly technician. Price was far too high though for the service provided.

To be fair, we never had a problem with this company. They will not over charge you, I like that the most. I deducted one star because of an unanswered question.
I want to know whether or not the condition they left me is normally how they would leave their other customers. I was told the manager, field supervisor, and technician will show up on 5/11 morning to address my inquire. I was pleasantly surprised that they take their customers seriously and stand behind the work they do, except 5/11 came and go and no one showed up. No one answered their phone.
It was a yes or no question. It really is ok to tell me that yes, your company leaves holes in the wall and expect your customer to know that without being informed.
After their technicians (and later manager too) found out that this is my only shower on Wednesday. They proceed to work on Friday and only told us the holes in the wall is not their problem as they are walking out by 4pm Friday. Sent us the dry wall company referral on the following Monday and the wait time to fill the my walls would be 3 weeks. I'm at 1.5 weeks mark now. I can't wait!
