The technician that came out was very kind, soft spoken and respectful. He knew what he was doing and told us ways to make sure that the furnace would last for a few more years. Highly recommended!

Dale is amazing! He was here first thing last week to see what needed to be fixed, got the parts and by Friday end of day we were up and running. Unfortunately, we have an old unit in our warehouse, the other motor started going out. I called yesterday afternoon, and Dale got in around 8am today. As soon as he gets the part, we'll be back up and running again. Seriously, Dale is the best! He takes time to explain what happened, why it happened and what he's going to do to fix it.

1 star because I was told someone would be out to take a look at my project and they never showed up.

Edit: In response to the reply from the company, I was given a definitive date. There seems to be a lack of communication.
