We hired Handyman Matters to have someone come out and help level and anchor our washing machine which had a tendency to go for a walk when washing our clothes. Chris showed up on time despite foul weather and poor traffic conditions and finished in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself and was extremely pleasant. I’m happy to report that the washing machine seems firmly anchored in place and I can’t wait to tackle the mounds of laundry ahead. Thank you so much for being there.

I can't say enough good things about KC Water heater. Our home was built in 2009 and an AO Smith water heater was installed. 2 days ago, the old water heater developed a leak on the top of the unit and was spraying water all over our utility room. The old heater was under warranty but we were told that the labor portion of the replacement was our responsibility. We were quoted a $600 service fee and the new heater would only have the balance of the old warranty. Additionally, it would take 5-7 to get the new heater in.

I then contacted KC Water Heater. We discussed possible options. Chase was extremely knowledgable and educated us about water pressure, expansion tanks and hybrid savings. We decide on the hybrid and he installed it that day!

In addition to his knowledge and expertise, Chase is a true professional. He contacted me later to let me know that his truck may have leaked some oil on my driveway and wanted to make it right. My husband and I have considerable work done on our house this year and lots of unrelated damage. KC Water Heater is the only contractor to acknowledge the damage and offer to fix it. The damage is very minor and not worth any extra effort.

Over 6 months have not been able to get leak sealed from pipe he replaced

Quick Relief Plumbing was sent out to complete a slab repair, through my home warranty protection. The main drain pipe had holes and cracks. This is the pipe where all of my kitchen area went into. Once the project started, Anthony and his crew were very knowledgeable and made a recommendation that I replace the whole line. So I did give my approval to do so and it's a good thing I did because the whole pipe was corroded, cracked and if they would have just done the little repair that was originally needed. I would be dealing with more problems. Anthony is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, timely and I would recommend his services to any of my friends or family. My main sewer line at a rental property (I'm not there) was backing up and I called zoom drain kc and they came out same day. They sent me pictures, informed me of the whole process while my tenants were there and didn't discuss anything with them which is what I prefer. They truly are fast and focused!

Chris was amazing! He was able to come early, but called to make sure that was okay. So considerate, didnt mock my dirty house, and was forthright about what needed to happen.He was able to show me the issue with our faucet, offer a comparable faucet that he had available and install all before he was even scheduled to be here!Who can say that their appt was so quick and efficient that it was done early? I can cause Chris and True Blue took care of my sad sad sink.

I had the pleasure of having Curtis in my house today to help with some drainage issues in my washer. He was so kind, helpful, patient and knowledgable. I appreciated all the work he did, and the fact that he never tried to talk me into anything extra. He also tried to teach me a few things here and there to look out for in the future. No one likes a cold shower! Josh got us in first thing when our hot water heater quit doing its job and quickly laid out our options. Given our existing one was already 13 years old, we opted to replace it. In less than 2 hours of giving him the ok, he had a new and improved one installed and we were back up and running. Super friendly and took the time to explain everything. We'll definitely call on Above & Beyond again!
