The technician, Nicholas, quickly evaluated my A/C system, explaining what he was testing each step of the way. My options were presented clearly, and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

We just bought our home and had several projects from a loose kitchen sink to stairs that were not stable. The first time we had Josiah out he began working on our kitchen sink problem. We had purchased ceiling fans and installation from a home improvement store that was being installed on that same day. The technician ran into an issue with installation of two of our fans on an angled ceiling, and he said he couldn't do anything with it and left us fanless. After the technician left, Josiah said he had a solution. After a lot of hard work, we now have perfectly operating fans. We just had Josiah out again today and we are extremely satisfied with his work. He is always willing to help us with any projects we have. We will be repeat customers of Mr. Handyman!

First time using Inception Plumbing, but it won't be the last. James Royals was prompt and a real problem solver. He listened to my concerns and was very genuine in helping to solve my plumbing issues. I have dealt with a number of the big name companies and have been left with issues either unsolved or
worse. One never wants to call the damn plumber, but in the future, if (when) I need a plumber, I will be calling Inception.

Great place to bring clients for meetings when you don't have a meeting room at your business location.
