Best Garbage Disposal Replacements in Kansas City MO

Came over quick for an emergency unclog later at night. Was professional, and got it done for a very fair price. I would recommend him to others 👍🏻

So far they have been super friendly and listened to what we are wanting. We are still waiting on an estimate and on whether we use them as a company or not will update soon.

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.

so we have had about five different plumbers come look at our collapsed sewer line we’ve gone from one plumber that wanted about 21,000 more than he originally quoted. To other plumbers who wouldn’t even go into our basement . When we called Mr. Rooter we were pleasantly surprised to find their “to be lower than everyone else’s and they were willing to work with us on price. They are knowledgeable about what they were doing and they didn’t do anything halfway they came back as many times as it took to fix all of the problems they found . And more importantly when they found more problems than they had signed up for they didn’t raise the price on us they stuck to the original price ! Greatly appreciated and definitely recommend it to anyone for any plumbing problem !

Ike came out and gave us a quote on the spot on a Friday, and was there first thing Monday to complete the job. He did a great job replacing a piece of our sewer service under some concrete. TB has a reasonable price and a good warranty on their work. We will recommend them in the future!

I had Pierpoint come out and give me a quote for three issues, needed a new outdoor spigot, pressure release valve, and a water shut off in the crawl space.

Quote went fine, I called a week or so later to schedule someone to come out. Day of my appointment, guy shows up and asks what we're doing. Tell him about the three issues above, says he doesn't have a spigot on hand and will need to run to the store. He's gone for an hour, not the end of the world but comes back and gets to it. He comes and gets me when he's done, tells me about how a pipe in my crawlspace is disconnected and someone will reach out to give me a quote since that's not his job, I pay and he leaves.

I decide to check on the water shut off as I was about to go on vacation and turns out they didn't install the shut off, only the pressure release valve. I call back and ask if they can come back out and install the shut off as well as give me the quote for the disconnected pipe. Lady on the phone is nice and says they'll have the same guy come out and install it and have the quote guy come at the same time.

Next day, guy does show up and fix the issue but the guy who was supposed to give me a quote for the disconnected pipe never shows up. No explanation or reschedule either.

Ended up calling someone else (John from Superior Plumbing KC) who came out day-of and fixed the pipe in less than 30 minutes, so I'm not really sure why Pierpoint needed to have another person come out and give me a quote when it was an easy fix.

Overall they did what I paid them to do, but communication was poor and I'm not a fan of how they seemingly were fine with letting my pipe stay disconnected down there dumping water/waste.

The main water pipe coming into my house froze earlier this week. I called several plumbers and was waitlisted for all of them. Jerry responded to my query with some possible solutions. I did exactly as he said, and in less than three hours our water was back on. I’m so impressed by his willingness to assist me even though he was busy with other customers. I could have easily spent hundreds of dollars trying to get this fixed. Instead, based on Jerry’s suggestion, I fixed the problem with a $20 halogen lamp. The next time I need a plumber, I’m definitely calling Advocate Master Plumbing.
