Our water heater started leaking out and we needed someone quick. A coworker of mine said he had a guy who he trusted with his home and his rental properties. I contacted Farzad and he called me back within the hour and was at our home the next day. He was nice and professional. He explained what needed to happen and gave a fair price. Everything was done right and you could tell he took pride in his work. I told him we were going to finish out our basement and he gave me some tips on where to frame out the HVAC and water heater unit for easy access just in case it needs maintenance in the future. I will gladly use him again in the future.

We had wood rot damage to several out buildings. We needed someone who could cut the old wood out, install new sections and paint. We also had to have the subflooring and plywood floor removed from a playhouse on the property and replaced with decking. They did a fantastic job. They were polite, timely, worked hard and completed the job well, and left the property neat and clean. We enjoyed working with them on our project.

A1 owner Brett Bailes has been an enormous find fir a contractor in getting my projects completed. He is vey accommodating of the inevitable surprises once we got started, and saw the rehab thorough to the finish. His rates are reasonable and he is quite resourceful and knowledgeable when Plan A has to be scratched and his skills are called upon to advance Plan B. Not only have I continued to engage A1 for the rest of must-do projects before the cold winter arrives, I have recommended him to some associates. I only requested they don't call him until we are done with my list. While I have some renovations to do, I will call upon A1 Repair and Maintenance.

From having excellent customer service to the technician being very professional, from now on when we need anything service related I'm only calling CEI.

No show No call back runs up bill when he does come he unpacks 10 to15 mins works 1 to 1 1/2 hours packs up 15 to 20 mins day after day not good because he underestimated the work just runs up the bill
