Best Electrical Panel Repair in Kansas City MO

Hermen was very polite and explained what he was doing every step of the process in wiring for a new chandelier. His professionalism and competence was outstanding. He cleaned up and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I hope we can get Hermen every time we need electric work done!

Logan showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what the problem was. Fixed the problem and had the A/C up and running in no time. Very positive experience. KB Complete has the best service technicians. Would recommend them to my family, friends, and strangers.

As far as service, the young man who came out to do the preventative maintenance was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He offered other beneficial and helpful ideas or services for my home. He took time to answer all of my questions and was very personable.Although my service was covered under my monthly home warranty agreement, AB May is pricing theirselves out of customers and I’m sure I’m not the only one with this sentiment.

Update to below: Heather was phenomenal and supportive with Bob Hamilton's quality team. I am changing my review from 1 star to 2 because of her excellent service and understanding. Just a bummer to have to get there in the first place.-------------------------------------------------------I am so disappointed with my recent service with Bob Hamilton. I called a technician to come out after having thermostat/furnace issues at my home. He diagnosed the problem as needing a new control panel and rewired my thermostat to help. After rewiring and charging me the diagnostic fee + rewiring, the thermostat still didn't work. Additionally, since we believed we needed a new control panel, we bought in to the yearly plan to help save money on the control panel.The next day, when I tried a new thermostat myself and found it still not working, I called to have someone else come out to look and finish the job. This technician used a scare tactic and told me my entire furnace was shot. He made no mention of the previous control panel and didn't even look at my thermostat!I continued to get second and third opinions from other firms to find out that it was all a lie. My control panel was fine from the beginning and my furnace was not ready to be replaced. One of the other techs even fixed my thermostat for free and said it was just bad wiring. I am so disappointed with Bob Hamilton and paid close to $500 for a job that was never completed and for a service I was scammed in to. I will not use Bob Hamilton again.

Brett and his A1 crew deliver an exceptional quality of work. They demo'd my old fragile and dilapidated deck and replaced it with a rock solid piece of art which is much larger and built to last a lifetime. The cost came out exactly what was originally bid for the job. There were no suprises. Brett goes out of his way to save his customers money too, such as picking up materials from stores, and disposing of leftover materials all free of charge. He cares about the quality of his work and wants his customers to always be satisfied. Communication was always great... Anytime I had a question, Brett was always easy to reach. I highly recommend you give him a call for your next job!

First the quality for the work was terrible, the tech left all the screws out when he put the cooler back together. They charged me 2400.00 dollars to replace 2 cooling fans. I have no issue on the labor if the work was done correctly. The kicker is that they charged me 1200.00 dollars for 2 cooling fans that I found out today are 90 dollars each. That is like a 600% price increase. I needed help fixing my cooler and what I received was getting taken for a ride. I would not recommend CEI.
