Had a basement drain backup recently one evening after work, in our 80yr old home.
Called Alex to explain my situation and to see if they could send someone out that evening.
He said he could, but was very open about what that would cost me.
He said if there was any way that we could wait until the next day, that he could have someone come by when I got home from work at 5:30pm.

Long story short, they showed up on time, told me what it would cost and got right to work.
The Tech (Jason, I believe) was having a difficult time with the old plumbing, but with persistence he was able to clear my drain.
It only took a couple hours and the price was more than fair in my opinion.

I would definitely recommend them and I appreciated their fairness and transparency on what the repair would cost, and I appreciated them accommodating my work schedule. Kudos to Alex and Jason.

Chris Wilson and team got me out of a bind when I got a Friday evening call from a new tenant who was without hot water. I had just closed on the property and knew the hot water heater would need to be replaced soon but I didn’t expect it to fail quite that soon. Chris responded and committed to a service call immediately. I couldn’t be happier with the response time, the turnkey service and professionalism. Should of asked how much before we made the appointment
Now we are paying 50.00 for nothing but a guy to show up and tell us he wanted 300.00

Nick Morris was our service technician. He was quick, polite, and cleaned up after he fixed our plumbing issues. He also had some wonderful restaurant suggestions for us, as we are new to the area.
