We recently contracted for a water heater repair and found Royaltee to be an excellent find in the Northland for a few reasons:

The coordination with the team was easy, and staff was responsive, making it easy to communicate with over text and phone. I knew our potential issue, and the team was willing to provide an estimate over the phone, which is not always the case in the industry, even for smaller jobs like this one.

On the day of our scheduled appointment, the team texted of ETA, and Jason arrived on time (was actually a bit early).

Jason was professional and unbelievably friendly with our company, being spring break at our house, and despite distractions, he finished the job on time.

Importantly, there was an issue after repair, and he continued to be a great communicator throughout and even returned that afternoon to checkup and see through resolution.

Ultimately our estimate and quote were equivalent - and while customers should consider that actual costs for each job is dependent upon scope and complexity analyzed onsite - this consistency meant a lot for our family budget and piece of mind.

Brandon, your tech, came out on New Years Eve after we'd had a clog the day prior. He was able to get our main drain unclogged after we'd tried unsuccessfully with 100 ft snake - the clog was around 115' out, so lucky for us he had a longer snake than we did. He also asked us if we wanted to arrange for a camera to go down our line to be sure everything was ok, free of charge. Luckily we took him up on that offer because when a tech came back a couple days later, they found a break in our line due to root invasion from a large silver maple tree in our front yard. They gave us a price to repair the break (after the tree is removed) and everything has been very simple so far.

Dwayne #3453Old Raytown House we love, Dwayne showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He completed the requested order of a mainline preventative clean. He gently suggested having another floor drain cleaned and fixed a problem with our washer outflow to the mainline. He as well got the tech over to video our mainline so we can know what is going on underneath our house. Because of his attention to cost and detail we now can prepare for service in the future. His work was fast, to the point and solved our problem. I have used RR for 10 years now and never regret it. Thanks Dwayne and Todd.
