After hearing about these guys on Next Door and reading their reviews I decided to give them a call to clean out a drain that I have been having problems with. They were awesome the guy I talked to took the time to ask me about and troubleshoot my problem right over the phone. After talking to him what he said made complete sense and I went back and verified everything he said. I was able to resolve the problem without even having them come to house. I felt compelled to give them an amazing review for their incredible integrity and great customer service. I will definitely be using them for all my drain problems in the future.

They are GREAT! we have had them out now a few times for a couple different reasons they always go over and above and their cost is much lower than others and very reasonable.

we recently got a bid from another plumbing company and they said $8,000 of work was needed.

We had plumbing plus over it was $150 for a visit and advice. all we needed to do was go spend $15 for a cover

No problems or smells since. Always glad to save $7,800 !!!

I guess plumbers know that their customers need plumbing issues fixed fast! Jason was out within three hours of me calling. He could have used my ignorant opinion of the problem to pad the bill. But he didn't. He diagnosed the issue instantly and fixed it. And I would describe the price as very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Very quick response and excellent service. It was a fairly quick and simple fix but while they were working they educated me on what to look for to prevent this issue in the future and gave me some tips on maintenance. Would definitely recommend if an emergency comes up.

I can’t say enough great things about Bluefrog plumbing and their Master Technician, Chris. Earlier this week, my HVAC stopped working, and just would not turn on. Within an hour of me calling, Chris was on site. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that it was an easy fix, he gave me a price on the spot, $298 including parts, and labor. I of course said yes please, and he immediately went and got an aftermarket part and installed it. The whole thing was finished within a half hour. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. She set the appointment for the next day, and then she called when there was a cancellation to see if I wanted the technician to come sooner. He came on time, was very nice and finally FINALLY got my drains cleared. I'd reccomend KCPlumbing Pro, based on my experience with them.
