I 100% recommend these guys and will be using them exclusively from now on.

I have had an issue with my main line backing up into my basement for 3+ months and have had 5 different plumbing companies out to try and figure out the issue. I have two stacks in my basement and each company that came out inspected what they called the main stack. One company told me it was tree roots, another told me that the line was broken and needed to be replaced (so I replaced 5 ft of pipe in my backyard... $$$) and the others told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I ended up calling an independent inspector to come out and look at my lines thinking that because they didn't do repairs, they would be more likely to give me an honest assessment of my plumbing situation. They also told me everything looked fine (yet the main line continued to back up into the basement).

Finally, I decided to call one last time and Precision Plumbing was dispatched. Thank goodness.

1. Frank and Kevin inspected BOTH stacks. No other company has done that to date. The other stack had a cap on it that was difficult to access but that didn't stop these guys.

2. Everything was thoroughly explained to me along the way. I will admit I know next to zero about plumbing so this was beyond appreciated.

3. Blankets were placed down over my carpets. I can't believe I am saying this but this is the first company to even put a barrier down between their machines and carpets!

4. They fixed the issue. After 8+ visits from 5 different companies, Precision Plumbing took the time to actually diagnose the issue and they fixed it.

I am beyond grateful for these Frank and Kevin. You guys did an awesome job!

Mike did a great job installing a gas range in an old Brookside home. H also bailed me out with an excellent electrician when it turned out that the delivery team didn't handle the electrical hookup.

We had a sewer line replacement done in June, which we were initially pleased with. When they dug up our yard and installed this access pipe we were told that they would come back in a few months after the dirt had time to settle to level it back out and trim the pipe to ground level. We contacted them in September to come back and have this taken care of. We’ve reached out multiple times over the past 3 months for them to do this, and we are still waiting to hear back from the plumber. Are we being pushed off because you already got our money (several thousand $$) and now you don’t want to finish the job? Are we just gonna be stuck with this eye sore in our yard???

Great service. Came on a Saturday when I needed help. I was very thankful for that. Charged a very reasonable price. Very helpful. Look forward to seeing them again for a couple other projects.

They came out and pumped out my septic tank when they did they discovered a problem. The owner came out and found a short on my pump and he fixed it at a very reasonable rate. I am single mom buying my home and very much struggling most of the time to stay on top of it. When this happened it could have devastated me financially for very long time. He could have told me I needed a new pump which are about 1300.00 and lined his pocket I would have never known it was a short. These people are honest and real I would recommend them to anyone. I will never use anyone but them.

They never showed up for estimate

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We paid nearly $600 to have a refrigerator fixed and nearly 5 months later it’s worse than when when they so called repaired the refrigerator. I would not suggest them to fix a refrigerator.

They do really good work, their rates are not cheap though!
