Tired of plumbers no-showing, up-selling or overcharging, we gave this Company a try.
They show up on time, work fast, do a good job, charge a fair price and are nice about it.
So far we've only used them for drain cleaning but if we need a plumber again, it must be them.

The technicians and all the personnel I came in contact with were extremely polite and professional. I had a question after the installation and they addressed it immediately. As for my experience with DMC Plumbing, I highly recommend using them for installing a water heater.

They replaced our old gas water heater with an electric one some weeks back.  We were very impressed by their work and the men who did it.  Took all day, as it was a big job, but they cleaned up when done. No mess to clean up.  Everything  is working fine.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our kitchen sink was leaking, and we urgently needed a plumber to fix the problem. Thankfully, we found this reliable plumber, and they were quick to respond to our call. They efficiently identified the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Their knowledge and expertise saved us from potential water damage. Highly recommended!

I had booked an appointment with this company for the next day. The next day I'm waiting for a phone call to let me know when the technician is arriving. The appointment slot passes with no word from them. I called the company again to be informed that an appointment wasn't made. They'll send someone to arrive later that day. The technician arrives and takes a look and charges me an exorbitant price for maybe an hours of work to just change some old pipes under the sink for new comes. Wouldn't recommend unless you're desparate.

These guys stole money from me and never returned it. Insurance covered the cost, and when I asked for my money back, they never responded. Do not use these people unless you want to get robbed.

Very very overpriced. Came to do a tiny job. Asked $495 for it and negotiated down to $225. hose costs $20 and took them less than 5 min to replace it. That tells you how much of a rip off it is if you pay the asking price. I got the job done just because I would have to pay $95 for the service call. Stay away.

I've called upon Richie D several times over the last several years to help with some plumbing issues. Very easy to contact and schedule an appointment, and Ivar is always on time and offers great services! Clearing drain lines isn't the most pleasant business, but he's been nothing short of professional and informative, and helps explain his thought process, potential causes, and ways to prevent issues going forward. There's a lot of care to make sure no damage is done to the building or floors either, which I really appreciate. Pricing is more than reasonable for the work done, especially compared to larger companies. Would definitely recommend!

That issue with our sump pump. Roto-Rooter was quick and responsive and got it resolved within 4 hours.

Carmine provided courteous customer support and his team provided prompt service for several repairs as well as estimates. They were timely and professional with the work they performed and explained exactly what they were doing so we understood clearly. I will be using them again for any general plumbing needs I have.

Been working with Tom of Bargotti Plumbing and Hvac for over two years now - - since we bought our first home in Jersey City. Tom is always fast to respond, diagnosis, any quickly service any issue that arises in our home. He has helped us with problems with piping in our radiator heating system, NEST installation, getting a new water heater when our old one burst, and other problems with plumbing in our home that came up since we moved in. On top of being knowledgable and professional, Tom is also a very nice guy who we enjoy seeing when we need to have work done. It seems more like having a friend come over when we see Tom than someone coming over who needs to service our home. We have referred him to neighbors and friends in the area who have also had great experiences using his services. It feels good to have a trustworthy plumber in the area who we can count on if anything in our home goes wrong - or just needs to be upgraded. I would recommend Tom with enthusiasm to anyone who is looking for a plumber or HVAC system/repair in their home. He is the best.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
