$2500 to replace a 50 gal water heater with a new valve .RIP OFF!!!!
Got a $900. 12yr 50 gal. Rheem water heater at Home Depot paid $550. for the valve and labor.

Great local plumbing company in Jersey City. They are professional, work hard and were very honest and upfront. I like them a lot and will continue to use them.

These guys pulled up in a tow truck and were dressed like they’re going out to dinner. They did not communicate except in grunts and single words. It was so awkward and uncomfortable. They wouldn’t say anything without calling their manager (?) first. We decided not to use them for our leak because it was so uncomfortable and weird.

I called Aladdin at 8 am with a heating emergency. I was told someone would be there by 11:00 and sure enough they came right on time. They fixed the problem at a decent price, especially considering they had me over the barrel.

Scheduled an appointment for my furnace, they didn't show up. Called and was told they would come the next day. Meanwhile i just wasted the last 5 hours and it's 20 degrees outside.

Excellent plumbing service. Ron asked if there were any other issue than the one I called on. When I shared with him a decade old sewer cleaning issue he was able to tell me how it needed to be fixed when other expect couldn't or wanted to dig up the entire front yard. That will be a call for another day. In the meantime my original problem is fixed quickly and efficiently have the knowledge to maintain it. Very impressed.

I have had Aladdin Plumbing out twice for different items. Once for toilet repair and once for sewer cleaning. I had a great experience both time. They did repairs same day, were reasonably priced and very friendly. Alex was great and explained everything very thoroughly.

They have done a great job for me and, based on that I highly recommend them. The technician set my pipeline system in kitchen and linked these with the main water pipes. I am very thankful to Aladdin Plumbing & Mechanical. Would work with them again in the future.

tech who vistied to repair water heater was doing google , youtube and asking friends on phone about the fix .he had no idea about troubleshooing and suggesting me to call manufacture and took money for his visit . All scam , this company is fraud.

I had very bad experience. I was desperate so I took their outrageous quote. They still couldn’t come up with an all-in-all solution, just did a topical fix. I had to hire someone else to actually fix the issue for a fraction of their price. Plumber follow up visits were at their own discretion.

I asked them to come and assess an issue with our kitchen faucet. They came to my house, spent a minute looking at the sink and told me I needed a new faucet and proceeded to quote me $750 to replace it. We ended up buying a sink at Lowe’s for $140 and hiring someone else to install it for $200. I’m glad I had the sense to tell them their quote was absurd. Beware.

he is a thief, stole $400, and my heater is still broken

I did a total knock down & renovation to my home. The first thing that I noticed was that Mike (owner) was friendly and was on top of his workers. He would come in every couple of days to make sure the quality of the work was done well. His workers are diligent and prompt to their work. Mike would also ask me if I needed anything else to see what else he could do to make the experience easier & smoother. I would definitely hire Mike to do any addition work in the future. If you get a chance to work with him, please do.

BEWARE!! This plumber told me that I needed to rip up the entire bathroom to remediate a leak telling me the bathroom was not weather proofed & estimated $5k. In actuality all that was needed was silicone & caulking. When I followed up with them they were non responsive & hung up. The guy they sent was inexperienced on & was on the phone with his boss to diagnose the problem in the meantime he needlessly placed 2 holes in my ceiling which I now need to repair. Worst Ever!!

Zero customer service skills by the technician and they throw random outrageous quotes for work without any breakdown. Whats worse is they have an outrageous service fee of $150. Avoid these guys at all costs!

I had booked an appointment with this company for the next day. The next day I'm waiting for a phone call to let me know when the technician is arriving. The appointment slot passes with no word from them. I called the company again to be informed that an appointment wasn't made. They'll send someone to arrive later that day. The technician arrives and takes a look and charges me an exorbitant price for maybe an hours of work to just change some old pipes under the sink for new comes. Wouldn't recommend unless you're desparate.

Really good experience, Edi came and fixed our toilet pipes and replaced our bathroom faucet. Timely, reasonably priced, and courteous.
