Came home to a frozen pipe on a Friday night and Super Plumbers was able to respond on the weekend and get our water restored

Very unprofessional. First they called and when I returned their call within a few minutes, he said sorry the boys waited and headed elsewhere. Then I was given a three hour appointment window of 9am tto 12pm. I waited upto 1pm for them to arrive. When I called at 1pm they said they were no longer interested in coming! Absolutely unprofessional.

Always Answer the phone or call you back soon after. Very helpful and reasonably priced even for late night/weekend emergency repairs.

I have used DMC for multiple projects in my condominium. The most recent was an installation and replacement of a water heater. The job was scheduled and completed within the week from getting a quote. Their prices are very fair and they do high quality work. On this most recent install, they gave me an estimate which was 1k less than a local competitor. I will continue to use them for any future projects and have recommended them to our Condo Board.

Called for EMERGENCY replacement of a leaking water heater on a 3rd floor condo. Water damage to downstairs unit. Took 3 days to do a one day job to replace a water heater. First day, came late to an emergency call, ordered wrong water heater ( had to pay tenant hotel night) Day two: came mid day set new heater, solder, filled water and than realized venting connection was 4 inch pieces and didn’t have parts. Day 3 finished the job. A $3000 job without warning charged $4000 for extra day and parts without informing me first. As well, my tenant asked to put down tarp where they were working bc there was carpeting in bedroom where heater was. Never followed and I asked if they were going to clean stained carpets and he said it was already “dirty” and with a big attitude. He gave me a call later saying he will come back later to clean carpet. When the carpets were cleaned I than paid the $4000. Just a FYI...I’m an electrician as well as my tenant and his work (craft) was sub par. He did not set heater center to room, pipes were not leveled and sweating (soldering was messy) but it is was it is.

This is why I posted this poor remark. The tenant downstairs called me about 2 months later saying there is loud sounds coming from my water heater room. He heard it weeks prior but did not call me. I checked it out and whenever shower, faucet and toilet are used there is a louder sound coming from the water heater especially near the vent duct. I called ECO and told dispatcher 2 month water heater installed by his guys is making loud sounds. It has to be an issue if the downstairs neighbor is complaining of loud noises whenever water is used. Made an appointment but my tenant had to cancel so I called to reschedule and called 5 times and left 2 messages in one day and they never got back to me. STILL til this day no return call!! Still waiting 😴😴😴

I won’t use names but dispatcher still hasn’t returned my call to check out a 2 month old water heater they installed. I will know have to get a new hvac company to check out his company’s hack workmanship and horrible customer service. This was worse experience dealing with any kind of contractor especially when I come from the trades and deal with them all the time.
If they would have just returned my calls and check out their work, I would have never posted this poor evaluation.

Despite the fact that it is typically challenging to trust a service from a person who understands a trade and client who knows nothing, I was fortunate enough to have a plumber visit to my house who was completely honest. He was exceedingly wise, considerate, and compassionate. He showed me what he had already completed and what he had planned to do before starting the work. This man will succeed if his employer will let him. Try addressing him by name. His name is Rowland. When we eventually connected, I felt comfortable letting my guard down. These guys stole money from me and never returned it. Insurance covered the cost, and when I asked for my money back, they never responded. Do not use these people unless you want to get robbed.

Once again, Steve lived up to the name of his company and went out of his way to replace my boiler in a timely manner. I appreciated how he returned my calls quickly and kept in touch with me regarding the progress of the installation. Both his technician Reno and he were polite and knowledgeable. We just moved in the area and we come to find a horrible clogged pipe issue as as you can see in the picture as well as other rotten stuff that needed to be replaced. Glad I found this company, we called a few and this one was the only one that was prompt and professional to take care of the problem. This company is the most professional I've ever seen. They were on time and worked in a timely manner. Not only did they get the work done but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
