Had an appointment for the morning and called at 12:30 when nobody showed up. They said they would send someone at 3, but nobody came at that time either. Really disappointing since the other reviews seem so positive.

A+! There was no heat in my home for a total of 5 days and 6 nights! I responded with both please and yes! I was sent a picture of the repairman along with his biography in a text message. the message also included his name. This gentleman was an AWESOME guy who walked me through everything that was wrong with my furnace and explained it all to me! His group toiled away from the crack of morning till well into the night! The individual and his team assuaged my concerns by assuring me, Don't worry, you won't be spending another night out in the cold. He and his crew worked diligently until both my heating system and my water heater were successfully installed. You can count on me to spread the word about this company to everyone I know. What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

After taking a ~$1000 full payment to fix a leak, they decamped with the money after cutting open the walls and leaving the work incomplete. Not responding to calls. Fraud. Beware.

Horrible experience! I called this guys to fix a drain leak. They said It can't be repaired need to be replaced entire shower base. Estimated price was $1800. Also they said the drain is glued and will not come off. Absolutely not true. The the drain came off and all I was needed to do is put a plumber putty. Definitely not recommend this guys.

Not sure how this place has such good reviews....made an appointment and waited all morning for plumber to arrive between 8-12. I called once around ten to ensure everything was on time and was given attitude and told they would call before noon. Nobody called, and when I reached out again they told me they would have someone call (not even come) between 12:30 and 1:30. Eventually cancelled the appointment... as naturally I can’t dedicate a full day to waiting for a plumber. Awful experience.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

Only giving one start because it isn’t possible to give zero. Would not give an estimate ahead of time and assured they would give me a price before doing anything - and then after giving me a ludicrous price and me saying I wasn’t interested they demanded $45 for the ‘time’(it was 2 minutes). Would definitely stay away from this business if I was looking for any sort of plumbing help.
