MIKE the main tech did an excellent job in repairing my home heating system. Very responsive, and very professional. He will first let you know the parts he will use and then give you a quote estimate before doing the work. Highly recommended and I will definitely use his company again in the future. Omar his assistant was also very helpful. They are the BEST PLUMBERS IN NEW JERSEY!!!

Tom & Mac were truly great. They knew what they were doing and they left the place better than how they found it :-). I would go back to them for other work in the house.

came out to service my furnace and clean the dryer vent. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They did an excellent job; I'm pleased with their work.

Last year I used this company, and the technician was extremely honest and ethical, charging me exactly what one would expect for the very small job performed. Decided to use them again in Jersey City, and this time I was completely ripped off with a $325 charge to change a fuse and reverse the connection of two wires (something another vendor apparently connected incorrectly). The tech was there for all of 28 minutes.

What I like most about the new improvements are taps in the sink, very slender and thanks for re-adjusting the water pressure.

I called Aladdin at 8 am with a heating emergency. I was told someone would be there by 11:00 and sure enough they came right on time. They fixed the problem at a decent price, especially considering they had me over the barrel.

The Werner Brothers are excellent plumbers! Any negative criticisms are without merit. One of the two negative posters won't even sign their name to it.

Gave me a price of $12,500 without actually seeing the job. He sent a tech, tech was nice, but the supervisor over the phone gave me this price. I asked him how he came up with the number, he started explaining, I said you haven't seen the job. I told him I'm in this business and know what's needed to do the job..how can you estimate a job you haven't seen? Its roughly 25 feet of 1 1/2 inch copper pipe. Than they charged me a service fee. I work in this business and when a company over shoots, its because they just want a quick buck with the service fee. Would not recommend. Thieves are what yous are. I got multiple estimates no where near their blind estimate. Again stay away, get multiple estimates.

Made an appointment to have some work done at 8:30am. It's been about an hour with nobody showing up, nobody calling and nobody answering their phone. Look elsewhere.

Not recommended. The technician broke the shutoff valve while fixing our bathroom sink.

We had called about a small leak. The tech came to assess and said we needed a whole new faucet. We agreed and he installed a new one. While doing it, he broke the shutoff valve. He did not try to fix it; after charging us $450 for a new faucet, he simply just left.

When we called the company again for support on replacement valve, they said they would need to charge for the replacement. Charge us for something their own technician broke.

Great business model, old as time. Make something worse, and then charge customer to fix.

I **think** the team leans on a task rabbit type of hiring. So luck of the draw on the technician. This is a guess, as when we first called the company to complain they said we don't have record of sending anyone. We had to send a picture of the receipt from the tech as proof. Even after this, they did not take any responsibility for the poor work of the tech they sent.

They did a fantastic job on a Saturday evening. There was a blockage in the main pipe of the building that was making water come up from the shower drain. They were prompt and efficient in diagnosing the issue and resolving it. I fully recommend them. We will be calling them again if we have another plumbing issue.

Kook & Sons were prompt, efficient, and the repairs are solid. While a little expensive, I'm willing to pay it for quality work. The plumber was also good about explaining the issue and showing me the problem, which is important to me when choosing a plumber.
