Just had an excellent experience with Economy Plumbing. A drain line was clogged somewhere between kitchen and main sewer line. Called Economy Plumbing on Friday morning and was scheduled with an afternoon window for Friday afternoon. Luke arrived within the scheduled window and was very professional, courteous, and answered all questions. He provided a reasonable quote before beginning the task of clearing the clog. He took great care getting equipment in and out of the house. Luke was very thorough snaking the line. He made sure the clog was completely cleared by having us run washing machine and sink water simultaneously as a max condition test on the drain line before packing up his gear. I would highly recommend Economy Plumbing.

Outstanding service and extremely professional!. Very communicative and showed up on time during out crazy Texas winter storm. I was reluctant to call another plumbing company because I called 3 of them in a month and still I have no solution to my problem at home.The gentleman from Roto-Rooter came took the time to examine the area, heard all what I have to said about the issue. After he finished doing his work he explained to me what need to be next. He took the time, for us to understand, the damaged we have in place.I really recommend Roto Rooter, the service I received was beyond expectation.

Darrel was knowledgeable, patient and professional. He had a wealth of knowledge about plumbing, code, gas and even advice on structural non plumbing issues. I wish more plumbers could be like him!

Both techs I talked with to get estimates were excellent, had good ideas and we're knowledgeable. Then I got the estimates: no line-item prices, just a total 2x bigger than what friends have paid recently for similar work. Ex: $450 to replace a breaker in a panel that I can do in 5 minutes.

Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

Long Post, Sorry!! As a single woman, it's hard sometimes to trust that a person or company won't take advantage of you. I called a couple of companies to get estimate on a bathroom remodel. The prices I got were obnoxious to say the least. Enter Indigo Facility Services. I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and give me the same estimate on my bathroom redo. Not only were they A LOT more reasonable, but I actually felt a little calmer with John who came out. After doing my own research and liking what I heard and saw, I went with them. We had a little delay because of Covid and materials being backed dated but no fault to them. My only concern was I only had a small amount of time to get it all done because I was using my vacation time to be there. They got almost all of it done in the time frame I needed because they worked a little over time to get it done. I got this done in October, and waited to post something because I was literally waiting on something bad to happen. It NEVER DID. They were professional all the way thru and great guys from beginning to end. I could say something about something the painter did, but I wouldn't blame the whole company for that. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need for your home. I'll be using them again for something soon! Great Job to the guys on site and also the ladies in the office that kept me in the loop on everything. I really appreciate you !!!!
