Best Water Supply in Austin TX

I had a mainline backup/clog, and they were here so fast. The guy was very nice and professional. I’d been a little worried about going with a huge company, but it was a great experience.

The plumbers from AAA AUGER were absolutely amazing.We were communicated with about a window of when they would arrive and messaged a picture of the Master Plumber that we would be expecting with his name and info about him.They called us on their way over and they took about 20 minutes to identify and solve the problem.They were kind and courteous about taking their shoes off so they didn't track mud in because it was raining.I would absolutely use them again!

Horrible experience with this company on a tankless water heater. Water heater stopped working correctly. We called Neighborhood Plumbing, they charged us over $200 to work on it, said the problem was air in the lines and it was fixed. That didn't make much sense, but if it was fixed then OK. Worth $200 to have hot water for the dishes. But it was not fixed. Called them back that evening. The guy came back the next day, but spent the whole time on the phone with the manufacturer. He clearly did not know what he was doing on a tankless hot water heater. He charged us another almost $400 for his time talking to the manufacturer and told us that we needed to spend another $750 (on top of the $600 he already charged) to fix it this time (after he said it was fixed the day before). So they wanted over $1350 to fix a unit (that they had said was fixed) that cost less than $1000 one year ago. No longer had any faith in them so called a reputable company recommended by Rinnai. Should have done that in the first place. They needed only 15 minutes to test the unit and recommend not wasting our money trying to fix it. They only charged me to replace it. No call to the manufacturer needed--it was clear he understood tankless hot water heaters, had the right equipment, etc. Neighborhood Plumbing may be OK for regular plumbing, but do not use for a tankless hot water heater.

Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

What a team! these guys will go above and beyond for residential service. They are my go to guys in the Austin area they service some of the nicest homes and the nicest areas and are very well trusted from karl to Mason to Jimmy I can't say enough about them. They are awesome plumbers.

On-time, friendly, affordable. Alex showed up within the given time window, and made short work of my toilet leak. I will absolutely call Plumb Doctors for any plumbing issues in the future.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.

Fast Service

We needed to run a gas line for our laundry room so we could install a gas dryer. Luckily enough, we found Mike. He was more than patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He has a wealth of knowledge and best of all, was more than willing to share it. I had an incessant number of questions for him as to what needed to be done; he thoroughly answered each of them and would always ask if I had more questions. We also had a very short timeline to work with and he was more than accommodating.As first time homeowners who just recently moved and had unforseen expenses quickly piling on, we were so incredibly grateful that Mike worked with us on pricing. He did an amazing job and gave us an unbeatable deal especially for the quality of workmanship he delivered. He even did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished.We always hear horror stories involved with plumbing hires but Mike was definitely not one of them. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, responsive plumber. Thanks Mike!

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with these guys. I had used them for over a decade with great results but that has changed. I understand the reluctance to give labor rates over the phone but the refusal to give the price of a specific toilet model (as in the part) reeks of bait and switch. Further, I could not even get a call back to confirm my service appointment and find out today that they are now booked for the next two weeks. I wish I had called someone else.
