I took off in the window they set up 2pm to 6pm. Even sent me an email to confirm my appt and I did the day before. Then called two hours before the end of the window and canceled. Guess they don't need new customers. Horrible customer service

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. Totally recommended. First, the unit was not cooling. I didn't have the liquid (Freon) to cool. They explained to me everything they would have to do, then they had to replace some coils (on a new system). That was working perfectly, I am very grateful to Turbo

Tyler Garrison the owner and his office manager Danielle both provided support through excellent communication and problem solving to redo a tub to shower conversion started by another contractor. Finding a plumber to complete work another plumber started was a challenge with several different solutions offered and widely varying quotes and or no responses from other contractors. Tyler was a true professional taking his time to look at the job he explained in detail what needed to be done, took notes and presented a detailed estimate that was reasonable based on the other quotes I received. Honest, personable people you can count on to take care of your plumbing problems.

I had an issue with my hot water heater’s expansion tank and Cody at Supreme Plumbing was prompt and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody in the Austin area!

1/8/2019- Johnny and Ray showed up at the scheduled time of 1:00pm. Drained, removed and replaced the water heater and were completed and gone before 5pm. Quality workmanship all the way. They even installed a new shut off valve and installed insulation on the pipes. Cost was very reasonable considering the time and efforts. This is our second time using Ruben's Plumbing and we'll use them again.

Excellent work and customer service. Honest company and has the customer's best interest. Definitely plan to use Mason and his company for any future plumbing issues.

I was having problems with the tankless water heater they installed. I was getting hot water sporadically. Jerred came out and spent an hour trying to find the problem but every time he turned on a faucet he got hot water. Then just as he was about to call it a day he noticed that the flow regular wasn’t reading the flow correctly. Eureka! I wasn’t crazy. It’s like the rattle in your car that bugs you but it doesn’t rattle when you take it in to the mechanic. We had a good laugh and he replaced the flow regulator. When it was done and the hot water was restored, he refused payment for anything. He said I paid him to install a water heater and the job wasn’t done until he fixed the problem. Jerred and Brenden have been such a God send. They are quick to respond and always are cheerful and professional. That’s why I wouldn’t consider calling anyone but Aloha for my plumbing needs.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
