Best Septic Pumps in Austin TX
No one wants to hear these dreaded words....you need to have excavation done under your house to replace the sewer line. I knew it was coming but still didn't want to hear it but it was easy working with Rooter-Man to get the job done. They were patient and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Mike was the plumber assigned to my job and he was great. I felt he was thorough and kept me informed.

My 80 year old mother called me this past thursday night in a panic saying that water was leaking into the laundey room. Called roto-rooter that night and they sent out Adam and Larry. Both were super professional at my moms house and were able to explain what they thought was happening and what we should do to fix it. We scheduled repairs for the next day along with water restoration in case we had mold. The next morning Chris came out to repair the leak. After diagnosing it, he discovered that it was not a faulty pipe. Instead, it was caused by a plugged laundry vent. Here the professionalism really shown; instead of just letting us google and figure out how to fix it, Chris took the time to explain what was going on and what he recommended to fix it. Needless to say we followed his advice and got the problem taken care of!Later Mohammad from water restoration showed up; after looking at the wet spot he determined that there wasnt a need for it and wasnt going to charge us. This was very unexpected for me as I had signed a contract the night prior for it and was prepared to follow through even if it wasnt needed! Truly apperciste his honesty in not charging us for work that was not needed. We decided that since Chris was there we would go ahead and have my moms 20 year old water heater replaced and a PRV installed. Both were done exceptionally well and Chris even went above and beyond by putting a new frame and door up for the new water heater!Truly a great experience with the Roto-Rooter team, highly recommend them. Really apperciate how they also took the time to explain things to my mom and made it their goal to ensure she was taken care of. By far the most professional compant and crew I have met; thank you again Adam, Larry, Mohammad, and Chris; you guys are life savers and made my mom really happy!-Ethan

Wonderful experience; great quality work! We had thought that there must be a city ordinance against being such a fantastic contractor! We highly recommend Jim Seiler and Republic Pipeworks.

My tile was raising on a slab foundation. To rule out the plumbing, I wanted a static test on the fresh lines and drain line. I set an appointment and explained that this was a rental and that keeping the interruptions for the renter to a minimum was paramount. Fast forward two days later - the plumber shows, claims to not know that the job was for a pressure test, and doesn't have all of the tools or the help necessary to complete. Somehow, he does a fresh water pressure test and finds that the leak meter is spinning quickly. Bingo - we have a known problem, I schedule another appointment one week later (that is when the plumber had availability).Today, the same plumber comes back prepared to reroute the freshwater. However, today the leak meter isn't spinning. After pressuring both the fresh and drain lines, no leaks are found. My complaints are 1) this company has bad communication. The plumber showed up not knowing the job and not having the right equipment. Furthermore, most of the confirmation of scheduling/rescheduling was me reaching out to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain vs. them calling me. 2) it was expensive. I was charged nearly the same amount each time...I cannot help but think having two trips and repeating part of the same process each time lead to extra hours.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
