Best Schedule Repair Services in Austin TX
Economy Plumbing (and our technician Luke) provided customer service that I am not accustomed to receiving in Kingsland. They answered the phone every time I called and provided a written quote by email within minutes of coming to my home. He was able to do the job that week and the company provided text message reminders and alerts to his arrival time.We had Luke install a tankless hot water heater with a propane conversion, a job that our original plumber told me that they didn't know how to do and wouldn't attempt. Luke did a fantastic job at a fair price. So glad to know about Economy Plumbing... just wish I had known about them from the start of my project.

I don't know what exactly happened, but my kitchen sorta.. messed up. Or to be more accurate, it became a catastrophic failure. I was flipping through listings of plumbers in Austin and found Mr. Rooter. They sent someone over and got things cleaned up real quickly. I was so (pleasantly) surprised!

Highly recommended. 1st Home & Commercial answered my last minute call to inspect a house that we had under contract with some plumbing issues. Bobby was knowledgeable and thorough, talking me through all of the ins an outs of the problems with the house. Thanks for all your help!

In this polar apocalypse, I had a pipe break at 9:00 pm. They were at a neighbors’ house working on a leak they had and was able to get them to come to my house when they were done. They were super nice, responsive and professional. So helpful and a life saver. I can’t recommend them enough! ?

To start, I was billed for a two man crew and only one plumber showed up at my home and was there for 8 long hours. He cut a whole in my wall and didn't tell me about it. Then left without repairing it. I called, and called and called, filed a complaint with the BBB and Home Depot, until 3 weeks later before someone was sent to fix the 4 by 12 hole. He'd also cut another hole in my siding and told me that he'd seal it when completed, but of course didn't do that either. I had to call the ARS office to get him to come back and seal that hole. The plumber did not place the screen (comes with the system) in the air intake pipe to keep the bugs and debris out of the tankless water heater filter. It's now been 10-weeks and the job is not finished. Dispatch sends text they are arriving between 10 and 2, on Wed, arrival time is 3:30pm. Supposed to be here today before 4:00, had to call, we'll call you back. Haven't heard anything thus far at 2:00pm.

I was expecting a tech to come out and troubleshoot my issue, instead I got a salesman trying to sell me a new over priced water heater. Nice sales people with good customer service skills for sure, (out 60 bucks just to talk). If your looking for a drain in your economy then this is the place for you. As for me I will be taking my business else where.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. Zen Gonzales was impressive... professional, courteous, and I thought did an excellent job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Could not have been more pleased with his work, the time he spent with my wife and I explaining things, and his courtesy. Jack Hyatt

Don’t let the lack of reviews here fool you (they have a yelp with more also). Had a bad leak by the main line in the yard. They came the day of on short notice, finished in a few hours, and I paid literally half what the bigger guys quoted. Can’t really ask for much more in a situation like that. They are definitely my first call next time if and when they are needed

This is my 3rd time to use Excalibur plumbing over the past 2 years. I'm absolutely sold that this is the only plumbing company I want in my house.I travel quite a bit for business and was on the road out of state when my wife called to let me know that the pressure on our hot water was weak throughout the house and that morning showers had to be a little quicker than usual unless you wanted it cold.I called Excalibur Plumbing and asked them to check it out for me. I was worried I may have a sediment issue throughout my pipes as the house is 13 years old.Excalibur came by the house and diagnosed the issue, complete with picture-based documentation they were able to email me. They also removed as much of what was clogging my old water heater as possible with a flush combined with a hammer and chisel to get us through the weekend.Excalibur contacted me with the details and my options. I opted for a new high efficiency water heater with a rapid recharge as we had suffered with the builder grade model for too long. The next morning Excalibur installed a new top of the line Rheem water heater and verified functionality without any problems.I'm happy to report that not only do we have what seems like unlimited hot water now, but we also have higher water pressure than we've ever had in this house. Feels like they installed a booster pump although they assured me they didn't. Really happy with this.Excalibur properly diagnosed and documented what was going on, set expectations around resolution and cost, then met or exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend these guys.
