The is about the third time I have used this plumbing company. It was a different plumber on each visit and both provided good quality work which tells me they hire good people to work for them. I feel I got a good value for how much they bill me.Also, I was impressed with the professionalism of their work control and financial specialists over the phone.

I took the day off so I could be there when Radiant came. I got a text at 7:23AM saying my technician was on his way to my house. At 8:50 I texted back for an ETA. He arrived at 9:15 saying he was in traffic. That's just the beginning. My service request was for replacing the outside faucet along with the cut off value and possibly the back flow to the irrigation on the Southside of my house. He quickly gave me an estimate of $1,800. I told him I couldn't do that much. He said he would go out and get me a firm quote. He went out to his truck which was parked in my driveway. After 55 minutes he comes to my door to present the quote. The quote was $1,378. He said he wouldn't charge me travel time it took to go get the parts, but don't tell anybody. He went out to his truck and sat there another 25 minutes before he left. It took him 40 minutes to get the parts which by the way I had sent a picture of the faucet set up when I made the appointment.... When he returned back to the house he again set in my driveway for about 20 minutes which was ~12PM. I watched him take the backflow off and then left to run an errand which took me 30 minutes. When I arrived back he was done (12:30PM). We settled up and he went back to his truck and believe it or not set in my driveway until 1:34PM which was creeping me out. Then I got the invoice via email. There were 3 along with a picture. The invoice didn't tell me anything. I was expecting a breakdown of charges. I called Radiant and asked for an itemization and they said they would send it to me. This is what they sent me:We invoice under what is called a lump sum contract. This means that each task is priced with materials, labor, warranty, and any other cost affiliated with your work rolled in to one task. This exempts our residential customers from having to pay sales tax on their repairs and allows us to make sure no customer is paying more for the same repair as the next. Since we price under this lump sum contract and these tasks are predetermined, it's not possible to give a specific price for each element of the task. Also, I looked up the parts used on Home Depot and they were less than $75. The whole job took him 35 minutes.I just want those out there thinking of calling Radiant that they are fleecing the customers to pay for those stupid commercials! Be wise and save your money! They are wolves in lambs clothing!One thing I forgot. I had to swear on a text sent the day before that I do not have any COVID symptoms or been exposed to someone with COVID. The technician never wore a mask the whole time he was on my property!

I tried to use this business based on the reviews and bc it is female owned. BUT when I called the main line the person answering the phone just said “yeah”. So I had to ask if I had the right number. They put me on hold. I hung up. They called back. I scheduled (maybe an off day for this person, idk). They scheduled w me for the very next day - then never called - never showed - mailbox full. That’s my experience.

My appointment was made by Samantha,thanks to her I had an appointment the same day with Brian., he went to the house the same gave me an estimate he called me and he told me how much is going to be,how much time is going to take, he very courteous and above all the job was done correctly the first time. prior to that I had another company do the work that went three times and I got charge for three times!!! money wasn't an issue I wanted to be taking care of it right then and then ,and your company did that for me which I really thankful and I also was told that your company went on 2009 did some plumbing for me.Again I want to thanks Samantha for being so nice it's courteous that day I'm sorry I don't know her last name thank you thank you!!!

Scam artists. 5 times higher than 2 other companies, when foundation guy said they been over I called him out they haven't been here. When he used a different exise and my cameras would have seen them he had a different excuse sounds like he and plumber has a scam going on. Then when I called him out on two other thing he said we would just call another olimber

The techs that came out were good...but dealing with the Administrative Team at ARS has completely overshawdowed that positive part of my experience. I have used them for AC/Water Hetar and an Electrical issue...and each time I have had an issue with the Office Team.For example - I have given them my CC # at least 3 times, and they keep calling accusing me of not paying for a service. When I state that I have given them my CC # - they simply do not have it. I even called them back once to give it to them because I was tied up when they called...and they told me I did not have an open balance, then called back the next day looking for payment.They schedule things with me, and when I call they have no clue - like the City Inspection that no one told me about to get the rebate.IF you are looking for a Heating/AC company - they do not have their stuff together...keep looking.

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My parents' hot water heater, which is a hard to find, expensive, cabinet style type, was leaking really bad on Tuesday. After doing some research on the type of hot water heater needed, I found that Rheem made one. So I looked up their recommended pros. After looking through the list I chose Neighborhood Plumbing. Within about an hour of my call, Karl showed up. He took about two minutes to assess the situation and then proceeded to tear the insulation off a flex line to expose a hose leak. The total cost to fix the issue was a bit over $200. After fixing the issue and putting everything back together, we asked him to look at the slow water output in one of the bathrooms. We were told by a previous plumbing company that the lines were needing to be replaced, looking at a several thousand dollar fix. Karl took a quick look and stated that just the connections under the sink needed to be replaced. The next day he came out, along with Red, and pulled out the short galvanized pipes and 90 degree connections, which identified the source of the problem---totally clogged pipes and connections. Therefore, to not make this to long, Neighborhood Plumbing saved my parents a lot of money and solved all of their plumbing issues quickly and effectively.

This place is a scam. There is a Start 2 Finish plumbing listed in many metro areas around the country and you are calling a phone bank that is harvesting your data, NOT a local plumber.
