WoahI first learned about this company through my home warranty company, which pretty much gave them free reign to charge whatever they wanted, but the gentleman came in, tightened a couple shower handles and solve the problem in less than 30 minutes.That’s why I look them up when I needed to pay for something on my own. They quoted me fair prices for a couple of items, ended up resolving one of them without having to charge me, and over delivered on the replacement of some upstairs shower handles. I’m super impressed with the company and also Travis specifically. Thanks guys!

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Sam was the tech. Heat tuned the heating system for winter. He was thorough, and communicated all work done. Hope to get him for spring A/C tuning.

Did I mention they were quick and cleaned up after themselves too?How did I determine that they are the best?I had all of my plumbing inspected by a home inspector/contractor I trust, with estimates on cost and time. So I contacted every reputable plumber I could find on yelp for estimates including Aloha Plumbing, Good Flow, Blue Dragon, Plumb-Quick, the Plumbinator, Local Plumbing and EZ Flow to see what they would quote.O&M was the first ones out, their prices were in line with my cheat sheet (that I did not tell any of the estimators about), Drew was head and shoulders above the other estimators in terms of knowledge and - here is the most important thing - NO UNNECESSARY UPSELL!!!!! All other estimators save 1 tried to sell me on a rebuild of a shower that only needed a handle fixed.All other estimators warned me that most of the undersink cabinet space would be used up in the remodel but O&M actually ended up using less space than before. So now I have even more storage room.I don't usually use CAPS in reviews but the best service and best knowledge (given they improved the situation under the sink unlike every other company would have done), while coming in a few dollars below my cheat sheet estimates and being the 2nd cheapest quote out of 6.I won't even try another company and I want to make sure everyone I care about is using these guys. Too many others out there gouge you. I have 4 emails in my inbox that prove it.

While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on. If you have a plumbing emergency I recommend calling them.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.
