Mr. Rooter's plumbers are practically heroic with their plumbing skills! I thought my home in Austin would be transformed into a swamp before I called them. Now, it's distinctly un-swampy, and I couldn't be happier.

We had a serious water leak and they responded quickly. The damage was far worse than we expected but they were helpful the entire process. Our technicians Rhace Towns, Alex Jeter & Ryan Aldarando were very nice and understanding though this process. I recommend Roto Rooter for any water damage remediation!

Quoted $9,000.00 for a tank-less water heater w/ install. For warranty I would have to buy their $1,600.00 unit. Job:- Remove existing attic water-heater, vent-pipe replacement, electrician for 3-5ft length of connection, plug into existing gas pipe with a 3ft pipe, cap old connection. Permits. So all in all about $700+ hourly rate. Will never use Abacus.

My kitchen sink would not drain. I just moved into the home from another state. I decided to call ARS since I've had good service from them in the past. They sent Andy to my home. He was in such a great mood and made me feel at ease. He evaluated the situation, spoke to me and showed me so I could understand. Next thing I knew, he was bringing in equipment and began to work on the problem. A short time later, my drain was cleared to allow water to flow again. Gives me peace of mind knowing professionals like Andy are put there.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
