My hot water heater died and I called S&D Friday morning. They had experienced technicians out within the hour. They inspected my unit, we determined it’s too old to invest in a quick fix, and they replaced it the same day! Both Garrett and Noah were super friendly and informative. They answered all my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. So grateful!!!

They see on time reasonable and get it done quick . I highly recommend using them!

Contractor who has dealt with this company on multiple occasions. Very honest and upfront about pricing and services. They won’t come out if they feel they can’t get started on the same day unlike other companies who will come out just for the trip charge. They offer after hours services as well.

The office called when the technician was on his way. He arrived within 30 minutes as explained by the office. He was courteous and repaired the washing machine line issue expediently. We were also pleased that we didn't have to pay a weekend/emergency fee as we were moving on a Saturday and it was a hectic, crazy weekend. Thanks, Roto-Rooter.

Needed to have a 26KW Briggs and Straton home standby generator installed. After getting a few plumbing quotes Jeff with Thunderbird Plumbing came out on top. His team showed up early and went straight to work despite some rainfall. It was a small workforce there to lay a gas line from the home to the generator. These guys were a digging machine and the entire job was completed in 5 hours. They laid down tarps to capture the soil then carefully cut the sod. They hand dug a 45 foot long, two foot deep trench. They laid the poly pipe, labeled for safety then connected cutoff and pressure controls on each end. Then installed the battery and test ran the generator. Purred like a kitten. They watered in and tamped down the loose soil as they filled the trench. Won't be long until your won't even be able to tell they did anything in the back yard. His team comes highly recommended! Thank you Jeff I know where to go when I need some plumbing assistance.

The service rep was incredibly polite and skilled. Explained everything in detail and made sure there were no questions before he left. Cleaned up and left things spotless. I will definitely use this company again.

Great experience. I was very skeptical because I had had bad experiences with other companies, but my neighbor recommended them and it was perfect, nice prices, very kind thecnicians, now I will recommend this company to every one that has as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning problem.

Annual heating system maintenance performed without a hitch. Arrived when scheduled and the rep was both courteous and knowledgeable. We spoke about a couple of system improvements and I’ll consider them in the next week or so.

Mike was professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job installing two new toilets. One of the brand new toilets we purchased from Home Depot was defective, so he guided us on how to proceed to get the problem fixed through Home Depot. During a stressful situation he was helpful, polite and solved the problem. I would highly recommend him!

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
