We had a terrible experience with this company and would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.    
Our gardener pointed out a leak in the concrete on one side of the house.  We called Clarke Kent plumbing and they came out to take a look.  Not only did they take 6 hours to inspect the leak, they told us the only way they could figure out where the leak is is to use a carbon machine which would cost us $550.  if they didn't find the leak, they would expense this.  However, if they found the source of the leak, we would pay for this. 
Desperate and admittedly ignorant, I said yes. 
They went out to buy this machine, came back, and confirmed the leak to be in the bathroom sink.   Then they said they would have to tear down the wall, run a new line, all in all it would cost $2000 just to open the wall and another estimated $10 to 15,000 to run the line depending on what they found.  We were shocked.

Cut to: we called a leak detection company.  paid $475 for them to detect a leak with hi-tech equipment.  They found leak in our toilet sealant,  gave us a video of the detection for our records, and said it would be an easy fix estimated around $200.

We called Clarke Kent and asked to be reimbursed for their misdiagnosis.  They came, they made all sort of excuses, now they refuse to get back to us on anything.  They asked for all our receipts and said they would get in touch with the company that fixed the leak to figure out what they did.  In short, it has been months and still no response to any of our calls.

We feel they are totally incompetent at best, corrupt at worst.  Beware before considering them.

Just had Chris from A&T come out to look at my toilets. He was very kind and professional. He found the issue I was having with one of the toilets and then rebuilt another toilet for me. Did it in a timely manner, and stuck around to make sure everything was working with me. He also took the time to answer several unrelated plumbing questions I had including checking out the shower drain. I haven't had a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know pricing well, but I thought it was a fair price. I will be using A&T again for whatever my next plumbing need ends up being.

I had a great experience with Andrew (and Graham) from Plumb Masters (aka Plumb Doctors) regarding leak detection service for insurance purposes. He is a very experienced plumber and did a great job for a reasonable price. I did not want to work with a leak detection company that works for insurance companies since this was a possible claim and I needed an unbiased, honest assessment of our leak. He is trustworthy and authentic and I will hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing leak detection or plumbing work.

Abraham came out and diagnosed my AC problem as being a blown fuse at the electrical panel in about 10 min. (and that's after being chased around my yard by neighbors dog.) The first company I called was trying to sell me an installment plan for a whole new system before they even had an appointment to come look at it. Stan's will be the place I call next time anything goes wrong.

Paul was on time and diagnosed all of the leaks quickly. Left house as clean as when they started= very professional. Iwould use again and

They clean the line as best they could, but identified the problem as on the city side of the sewer. Had to call the city sewer department and they have cleaned it out so it’s working now.

GREAT experience from initial call to bid to finished job! This company is professional, fast, very tidy, does great work and appreciates your business. They did the rough-in for my kitchen remodel and I’ll have them back for the install. Highly recommend!
