I had a great experience with EPS. I called on Thursday and had an appointment for Tuesday. Dustin arrived at the very beginning of the service window, which was very convenient and he had a leak and a clog fixed within two hours. Thanks Dustin!

I've been scheduled for 2 weeks in a row, first cancelled because they thought I needed an evaluation of my attic, and this week I've waited the entire hour window they set up, I finally called them and they said I don't believe we do service you are wanting. I asked why they set up the appointment to begin with?? The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I'm going elsewhere, it's been over 2 weeks and I'm not one iota closer to my repair.

Darvin came out and was friendly and professional. He was able to get my water heater on but the company charged $150 to turn it on which felt like they were taking advantage of me in a desperate situation. Nothing was wrong with my water heater, I was just not doing it right.
