Technician was fine.Their pricing comes out of a book. I got a quote to bring two furnaces up to code by replacing a 3 foot long gas flex line going into the furnace with a small section of iron pipe, with a sediment trap. The quote was nearly $700, and their trip charge is $99. A competitor quoted me $250. Pricing is outrageous.

6 months ago the air conditioning in my room broke down, I did not give it much importance since the weather was perfect in my opinion, but due to the increase in heat I felt in hell, I contacted this company to schedule an appointment and they were really effective, they worked fast and have super friendly specialists, they repaired my air conditioning without any complaints, the technician told me that there were problems in the soldering that generated a short circuit and that is why it did not turn on, the technician did an exhaustive cleaning and put new tin on the electrical connections, I was surprised by his handling of the tools, I loved his work.

It was easy to get him over, diagnosed the problem, now the outlet works great and we’ve had no further issues. Aaron also was priced much better than a lot of the other companies we’ve used. I called ARS on 4/08/21 for an annual service contract (checking A/C in the spring and heater in the fall). I made an appointment for 4/12 from 12-4 PM because it was forecast to be a warm day, which is necessary to check the A/C properly. ARS withdrew $180 from my credit card to cover the annual service contract. On 4/12 I got up extra early so I could put in a full 8 hours of work before noon. ARS called me around 2 PM and said they could not make it because of some kind of equipment trouble. For the next two weeks the weather fluctuated from hot to cold until finally a new appointment was scheduled for 4/26. On that day I again got up extra early and worked a full day to be ready at noon. ARS never showed up and never called. I finally called the head office at 4 PM and asked what was going on. They didn't know anything, so I asked for a $180 refund to my credit card or a check. As of today (5/01) I'm still waiting.5/06/21: I am tired of calling Renee every day. It's not her fault. I have reported ARS to the Better Business Bureau. I want my $180 back.
