Ryan came to our home to replace the water heater and we were very impressed with how courteous and professional he was. Big shout out to Louis Ibarra & Four Paws Plumbing. I met Louis a few years ago when he was connecting my house to WCID17 water main. Four paws has done several plumbing projects at our house since then, from tankless water heaters to an extensive master bath & laundry room addition. Louis has always gone the extra mile to get all of our projects accomplished with attention to detail. Last week, Louis stayed until 830pm to complete a last minute project. Being a first time home buyer is scary, especially when the home is older and needs repair. Greenstar Plumbing helped us with all of our immediate needs to get our kitchen and baths functioning, at a reasonable price, and when it came time to do a full kitchen remodel they were the first people we called. Our kitchen is gorgeous and as soon as we can budget for bathroom remodels, we will be calling Greenstar!

I had one toilet needing a flapper and another needing the complete fill valve replaced. The very friendly intake person said she was unable to give me an estimate, not even an approximate idea of how much the repair may cost. I agreed to be paying the $79 fee for a person to come to give me the estimate and was assured this amount would be included in the repair cost. The person came, opened a price book, added up the items needed for the repair and the estimated time to complete the job. The estimate was in excess of $500!I declined the repair (seemed too expensive) I felt that this was a set-up because if the intake person had given me an approximate idea of the cost over the phone, I could have avoided paying $79 - an amount not easily forfeited.P.S. I did my own repair after going on line to see how it was done; the material costs were less than $20.

I've used Classic twice now and won't hesitate to do so again. Each time they came, it was when they said they would. When they got here, they knew what to do and they did it. As a plus, the guys they sent each time were friendly.

We had a new tech come out - Stephen - and he was great! He was thorough, professionally dressed, told me what was going on and did the work quickly. I called Christianson Thurs after hours and left a message; they called me back Friday morning at 710 and Stephen was here at 8:20. He fixed our problem and everything is great now. While we are long-time customers, it's nice to have a company treat you with a sense of urgency and importance. Thanks Christianson!
