These guys are great. I had a city water main break across my street; they fixed it but my PRV ended up clogged - no water to the house. So I called and Larry was sent, arrived less than 20 minutes later. In the meantime the city fixed the problem. I fully expected to at least pay the minimum charge for the visit. Instead Larry inspected all of my plumbing and provided some advice on flushing my water heaters. He gave me several free quotes for services and didn’t charge any fee. He was professional and informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

L&P replaced 50 feet of sewer drain pipe, had to dig it up from below ground. They began first day I called for service. Their personnel were professional and friendly and allowed me to look over their shoulder every step of the way (very patient with me). Their price was very reasonable, much lower than other quotes that I received.

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.

This is my second time using Armadillo Plumbing. It’s an emergency as the shower faucet wouldn’t shut off and hot water kept running. This is after 5pm. All the other plumbers were either off or asking very high after-hour surcharge. Called Tony about 6pm. He was working half way across town. He agreed to come over as soon as he can and he is not charging after-hour. He showed up as promised, quickly fixed problem, identified and fixed the root cause - water heater temperature set too high. It was past eight o’clock and he didn’t even have dinner yet. He is one the most courteous and dedicated customer service professionals I have worked with. Highly recommended!
