Best Green Plumbing in Austin TX

After 3 days without water, and 3 companies at our house, we found Fast Plumbing online. They arrived on time on Sat morning, used their excellent leak detection equipment, pinpointed the leak about 2 feet down under rocks and landscaping. It was in main waterline from street to house. Mycol and Sparky got to work digging directly over busted pipe and expertly repaired it. We had been told by other plumbers it would take heavy equipment/backhoes and probably tear up our landscaping to find and repair leak. Job was complete and landscaping rocks back in place in 3 hours. We highly recommend Fast Plumbing and will use them for ALL plumbing work at our house in the future.

So friendly and knowledgeable. They do excellent work, reasonably priced and completely clean up before they leave! Have been with them for a couple years now and will never call anyone else, an old lady's best friend :)

Brandon was very professional, but personable, with excellent communication skills. Performed a very thorough annual checkup on our HVAC systems and provided excellent feedback on the equipment performance. Would have him back for any of our HVAC issues.

We found a leak in our gas line that runs across front yard just days before the big freeze of 2023. Called many plumbers with no answers or long wait times.GreenStar was the only one that came to our rescue with responsive initial visit and quick followup to get the parts and make the repairs, as well as pushing the city (at a busy time for them) to get the emergency permitting and inspection done.Chris came out many times to meet with the city inspector and gas company person as well as making the repairs. Even painted the new pipes. We are so thankful to have hot water back!
