Best Furnace Maintenance in Austin TX

Review update: After previously having a terrible scheduling experience, I was promised it would get resolved, and by golly it did. The next day they were aggressive (a good thing) in contacting me to get a time scheduled that would work for me. Multiple options were presented. At the decided service time, the technician arrived punctually within the window and had excellent rapport with me and my family. After initial investigation, some theories were presented as guiding their approach to the full maintenance offers for moving forward. They were never pushy, never did I feel like they were trying to over-sell me on any option. I genuinely feel that Radiant took a scheduling error and did everything they could to make it right when it was discovered. I will be calling them again if I need plumbing service.

Edward Pollack did a great job communicating what was causing our low water pressure. Work was completed in a timely manner. We will definitely use his services for any future plumbing issues.

Water Heater Replacement - Chris came out and suggested to replace our Water Heater which was making all weird noise. Chris is awesome and and did listen to all my concerns and worked out a schedule around my time. On the day of installation Chris and Austin did a awesome job, cleaned the area and went beyond my expectation. Job well done!!

Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave me a lot of context for the work that my home needed and got the job done. I’ll probably come back to Stan’s for all the other work we need.

We decided not to use Fox Services to replace the capacitor in our 5 year old unit- the part was under warranty and the labor was priced at $301. I felt that price was too high for a $40 part and a 30 mins install (per their technicians timeline). When I told Sam Efe, the technician that came that we would not be doing business with him, he became upset. Then he told me- “I did not have to pay him $301, but I did have to pay him $49 for the service fee.” I mentioned that we had a maintenance service and that I didn’t think I had to pay that. He insisted that I did and became more upset. I then called Fox Services and explained to customer service what was happening. The young lady on the other line was very helpful and mentioned that I was correct- I did not owe a service fee. She mentioned she would stay on the line so that I could let the technician know. I proceeded to tell him that I was on the phone with Fox and that they looked up my account and I did not have to pay the service fee. He began to argue with me, I let him speak to customer service he then began to argue with her and became more aggressive. When the rep told him for 3rd time I did not have to pay- he shoved the phone back at me and was very aggressive. I have to say that this visit left me very nervous and uncomfortable, I was actually scared and just wanted the technician to leave. My daughters were present at the time and observed what happened. With my oldest daughter saying- mom, I honestly thought he was going to throw the phone down or hit you. The customer service rep apologized for the incident- I asked her to notate the account and to make sure that this person did not return to service anything at our house. We will not be calling Fox Services in the future for any repairs. It was an extremely unpleasant visit.

I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
