Jason arrived right on time. He was respectful, professional and friendly. He did something I rarely experience with service professionals. He asked a lot of questions to get my input and to understand what I needed. He evaluated my plumbing issue in the master bathroom of our house, and offered me several options for repairing the toilet. He gave me time to assess and evaluate those options. I chose to have the toilet replaced due to several issues with the existing toilet. He offered me great value in a new toilet and was very professional in explaining everything he was going to do. Travis brought the new toilet while Jason removed and prepared for the installation. Travis arrived quickly and they had the new toilet installed in less than an hour. Jason also added value to the service call by taking the time to evaluate the plumbing in my home and give me an assessment of any other potential issues. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism and respect of Jason and Travis, and the quick response even with so many people needing plumbing service. I have some other plumbing issues to address in the near future, and I will make sure S and D is my service provider. Excellent work Jason and Travis! Thank you!

Rooter-Man did an amazing job! I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Josh for coming out and the professional level of service. I had a massive leak that was flooding my backyard due to piping failure and called around but couldn't get anyone for over a week. I called Rooter-man and they were able to schedule someone to come out the same day. Josh was very knowledgeable about the situation, listening to my concerns and questions and gave me clear answers and things I should keep in mind for the future. Josh really did solid work. While I was skeptical of finding a good plumber at first, I will definitely use Rooter-man in the future. I don't usually right reviews but this was a very good experience.

A&T showed up on time and went to work to find a hidden plumbing leak in our yard. After about 15 minutes, the technician said he would not be able to locate the leak because of the circumstances of our lot. He refused any payment since he didn't find the leak--that's amazing. I would absolutely call A&T Plumbing again.

Mark from roto-rooter came to unplug my drain. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. After unplugging my drain he even give me some tips on helping to preventing this from happening again. I would use roto-rooter again.

Best price in town. I went with a tankless water heater, and am very pleased. The install for it went well, and Barry went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. If you have any issues with your install or labor, let Barry know and he will take care of you.

Tyler Crank was very curteous and professional. I’m very disappointed with the cost for adding freon to my system. ARS probably makes a very good profit off freon. In my opinion they are NOT a customer friendly business. I will take my business elsewhere when my contract with ARS expires.

This company fit my house & flood problems into their busy snow freeze schedule to help eliminate my flooding issue I had in the bathroom of poor plumbing. Got the job done in a timely manner not with just one in employee but two! Later after a couple of months the plumbing issue returned slightly & this company guaranteed their previous work. Now we are flood free & no more plumbing issues. They are definitely LEGIT!! Job well done!! 150%

I absolutely recommend Austin Area Plumbing. Their certified Journeyman Plumber Mycol F, aided by his apprentice Mikey L.J., replaced two toilets in our house. On scheduled day, Mycol discovered right away that I had purchased toilets which would require structural changes and far more expense. Mycol helped me identify which toilets that would fit, saved me money on the toilet cost and came back next day to install new replacement toilets. Another complication: Our tile floor was not level. Mycol with assistant Mikey seated the toilet on a level plane, using shims.We are absolutely satisfied and would recommend Austin Area Plumbing without reservation. Austin Area Plumbing only advertises by word of mouth, so they are much more affordable than big chains or those companies that advertise. I would most definitely hire them again!
