1/8/2019- Johnny and Ray showed up at the scheduled time of 1:00pm. Drained, removed and replaced the water heater and were completed and gone before 5pm. Quality workmanship all the way. They even installed a new shut off valve and installed insulation on the pipes. Cost was very reasonable considering the time and efforts. This is our second time using Ruben's Plumbing and we'll use them again.

There was a leak from the upper floor bath tub to the ceiling of the lower floor. Another vendor quoted an exorbitant price for labor plus cost for replacing the entire fixture by breaking open the dry wall. Since I was more or less sure that the issue did not warrant such extensive replacement, I tried Davis Plumbing Services. Raymond reached my home within the window of appointment and was quick to identify the reason for the leak which was a very minor one that didn't require any additional labor or parts replacement. Quite impressed with his professional and honest approach.

Paid EZ Flow $275 to clean a drain, a few months later drain is still clogging up, the next plumbing company found two plastic bags.

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!
