Great customer service from setting appointment to the plumber Curtis seem to be very knowledgeable and went to work quickly. He showed me the new flange and how he had anchored it with cement screws. Only negative was the price seemed to be on high side.

Have dealt with Economy Plumbing as a contractor and as a consumer. Very friendly and helpful. I'm a carpenter, not a plumber, and they still treated me fairly. Discovered them when shopping for a tankless water heater, and couldn't beat the price anywhere. The service was just a bonus!

I called Mr. Rooter on Sunday afternoon (Father's Day). Within an hour, Eli arrived at our house and went right to work. Booties on feet, equipment and anything else that will touch your house. Super nice, polite person, who genuinely loves his work. He was informative and patiently let my nephew watch over his shoulder as he sent the camera down the pipes. Within 40 minutes, all was well and Eli was on his way. Will call them again whenever I have a plumbing problem.

Roto-Rooter actually answered our call... which our normal plumbing service did not. RR indicated they would have someone available same day within an hour or two, but actually sent my technician within about 30 minutes! Shannon arrived and had us fixed up in quick time. He was quick, professional, and courteous. RR was even offering a discount if we donate canned food to the needy. job done right!
