I called Mr Rooter needing two 27 year old water heaters replaced in my home. I wanted to install tankless heaters and one of my old ones was leaking. A young man came out and turned off the water to the leaking water heater and drained it. I paid him for his service and the price was very reasonable. Then came the pricing for the new install. After having his boss come out to evaluate my propane piping ,who then told me of how inadequate everything was to have two water heaters, he quoted over $ 25,000 to add pipes and regulators all across my attic to fuel my two new water heaters. I had another company install the same water heaters, made all the gas connections and they work like a charm for less than $8,300. I will not call Mr. Rooter again.Perry Marlow

Goettl was great. I called another company who told me it would be 4 days before they could come out. Goettl came out within 4 hours of calling them. The technician, Jeremy Bo, was very nice, quick, and informative. I will definitely use them again.

I had a low water pressure problem in my house so I started to search online to find the possible cause and a good plumber. I got multiple plumbers being recommended by a web house repairing platform which included several big name plumbing companies. After one of the recommended big name which I had good experiences before came and gave me several proposals and quotes. I was surprised about the quotes which are way over of what I found online for fixing a simple PVR replacing project. Then I started looking around online again to find more possible plumbers and accidentally found Greenwize with a few very good reviews. So I took the chance to call them, the owner David answered the call and dispatched his guy Joe to my house within one hours. After some testing the answer is the same, a bad PVR need to be replaced, and I got a quote which is very reasonable ( in line with the average cost of what I found online ). After 3 hours the work is done. During the time, David with James also showed up later to provide some necessary parts and help to finish the job. They are polite, knowledgeable, and very detail in what they do. I'm very pleased with their work ! BTW, I have another possible plumbing job for them but after David examined the issue he told me I really don't need to do anything after they finish the PVR replacing project ! Honesty is priceless ! Highly recommended !

We are so happy to have found such an incredible plumber in Austin- so much so that it's prompted me to write my first google review. I had an emergency plumbing incident that required me to shut off the water to my house and every plumber I called had no availability to come fix it that day. I saw folks from G&M outside of my neighbor's house and went up to them as a last resort. Gus (the owner) was a complete life saver and dropped everything to came to my house on the spot to fix the issue! Gus is amazing and I can't recommend him enough!

Fred and his team were very responsive installing new tankless water heaters that broke during the big snow storm. I called and VM was full but he text back and then called. Set me up for install the next day. Glad to have hot water again. He was referred to me by a friend who is a contractor. Glad I have a plumber I can depend on now.
