I had called this business based upon information granted to me by the manufacturer who the item warrantied under needless to say they were unable to complete their job as requested nor did they go above or beyond a simple surface level test normally when diagnostics are completed who inspect the unit thoroughly which they did not.Also upon completion of what they deem an inspection proceeded to try an upsell me products and services that i don't need considering my appliances are fairly new also told me that i needed a new part but how would they know if all they did was a visual inspection behold these companies technicians are more of a salesperson than a technicianIn conclusion my neighbor came over after mentioning this situation to him and fixed the issue said it was just a loose fitting and to think they charged me nearly 500 dollars for something my neighbor fixed in 15 min s and d is absolutely disgusting in their business practice slimly salespeople masked as technicians.

It seems only logical to declare that Mr. Rooter is the best plumber in Austin. They have the best equipment, the best work ethic, the best response times, and the best prices. I wouldn't recommend calling anyone else if you're in need of a plumber.

Jarod helped us out today, he was here within 30 minutes after I called, he did a great job, we used Radiant a few months ago and regret it… So happy with Goettl, and Jarod especially, definitely recommend him. I’m only calling him for any of our needs.

I had an emergency plumbing incident that required me to shut off the water to my house and every plumber I called had no availability to come fix it that day. I saw folks from G&M outside of my neighbor's house and went up to them as a last resort. Gus (the owner) was a complete life saver and dropped everything to came to my house on the spot to fix the issue! Gus is amazing and I can't recommend him enough!
