We couldn’t figure out how the toilet was leaking and A&T plumbing came out and resolved the issue very quickly. They explained and showed the situation and did a phenomenal job. We will definitely be using them in the future

Hired them to move an outdoor faucet in preparation for a new deck.From the initial phone call I got an estimate of quotes, and someone was able to come out that week and give me an exact estimate. He was upfront about different options and costs, and didn't pressure me into more expensive options.Once we scheduled a date they showed up exactly on time, moved the exterior faucet, and were done quickly.Everyone I interacted with was friendly and responsive, I'd happily work with them again in the future.

Jeff is my go-to for plumbing in SW Austin. He did some water heater work for us and he didn’t mind my prying and asking questions (I am a knowledge junky), his pricing is excellent and even though he is busy, he tries his best to accommodate your needs. Ive also texted him for referrals and advice on brands and services and he has been super responsive!

I called Austin Plumbery and the NEXT morning someone was able to come and diagnose what was wrong with my clogged shower drain. Travis was who helped me and he was great. He explained what he was doing and even did multiple checks around my house to make sure I didn’t have any leaks. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to explain things to me (I’m a newish homeowner and like to learn about my home’s systems and how they work). I’ll definitely use them again should I need plumbing help.

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

We had some serious plumbing issues in an old 60's era house and had it fixed by these folks in no time! Showed up same day we called and was fixed promptly. Jim was professional, informative, and transparent when explaining the problems and their respective solutions. Could not recommend this business enough!!

The person that installed my hot water heater was very professional, nice and efficient. Got it done in less time than expected. I would use LT plumbing for all household needs.

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.

Billing is horrible and they showed up with a snake that is the lowest level you can rent at Home Depot and do yourself. It broke his “$40” head and said some high pressure water company would have to come out. Good thing my friends dad is a master plumber and came out with the proper snake that made McGinnis’ look like a toy. Unclogged it in about 2 mins and solved the problem. They did find other stuff and fixed it (hopefully it lasts). Came for 3 visits to fix the main issue and I paid each time. Tech said they would send a bill each time. I called and left a message at the office after a week asking for a bill. No call back. I called again after 2 weeks said it would be right over. Called again after 3 weeks and the tech called me to see what he did. I needed this to prove my expenses on a bigger job. He provided a bill as all in one service, not the 3 broken out. All 3 checks had been cashed at this point. It said I owe them the total of all 3 amounts. I emailed the company and asked for an invoice with explanations not saying I owed something I had already paid for. Got a call from “Brian” saying he’d look into what work was done and get back to me. Still waiting to hear back. While tech was here, he said his boss was also a contractor and could take over the job I was doing and do it correctly. Not very ethical in my opinion since they were originally called as a 3rd party to give an opinion. I’m sure the owner will respond to this since it’s a negative review but I have everything stated above on audio/video or pics of cashed checks if you’d like to see them feel free to contact me. Happy to supply proof. I would not use them other than the fact the tech was very accommodating once here. Really did try just think he was in over his head a bit.

Great pluming work

We have been utilizing SALT to replace our parking lot lights, capital projects, for all of my apartmentnow I can confidently depend on our assigned project manager to provide the answers needed. The biggest game changer is that now I have one source of truth!! They can handle all of our HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, and etc. needs without having to deal with 3+ various contractors. In the middle of our lease-ups, when you are already above your head- it is a true blessing to have SALT as a partner!! They eliminate the “hassle” that our Assistant Project Managers would handle; without having to reach out to 3+ various service vendors for light, hvac, and many other projects both small and large. Their quality, timeliness, and urgency on their project deliverables is the gift that keeps on giving!! Truly provides us and anyone else the work life balance we all are seeking in our role!

Called to speak with customer service and the phone representative was not helpful and downright rude. Unprofessional at best, customer beware.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
