Best Bathroom Remodel in Austin TX

Melvin Haddix and his assistant called ahead of the visit then arrived on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed the pipe blockage outside that was causing gurgling noises in out bathroom.
I will definitely use them again, I highly recommend them.

Pierre and his team are fantastic! We recently had a leaking water softener and were not sure how to change out the part that was leaking. Pierre was able to assess the problem quickly and came out to fix the issue right away. He was at our house bright and early the next morning and had the issue fixed within 10 minutes. We have used Pierre and his team for our water heater before and they never disappoint. If you are torn on who to call - don't be - call A&T Plumbing!

I give them zero stars! I was promised someone would be out to help me with my clogged sink. I was assured someone would be out between 6-10. At 9pm I received a call asking to reschedule. As a General Manager of a company this is poor planing. I expected a resolution. Not asking to push the appointment until tomorrow. The customer service was clearly okay with pushing it off and not having any concern for pushing off a serious issue. Will recommend that no one uses these services.

I've used this company here or there to fix mostly minor problems. Today they really came through for me though. My well had a major issue and not only did Eric and Noah manage to make it out the same day, but offered to stay late when another issue arose. They were very polite even though I was alittle exasperated (thanks guys) and did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

He came to our rescue when we needed a sewer line replaced ASAP, and has helped us with many other things since. He is a pleasure to do business with, always smiling and cheerful. We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

On Wednesday February 20th I was having a lot of people over for a 30th birthday party and of course murphys law hit! As the party was getting started the plumbing started to act up. The main guest toilet began to back up. We tried to clear the toilet, but it was no use. Our first call was to Sullivan's, and boy are we glad we called them. They were out in a timely manner and they were efficient at getting the toilet back up and running. I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue. Thank you so much.

Andrew Morgan and his team (including his little, big brother and dog Molly) were exceptional! I needed to have a pipe scoped with camera to find out where it ended due to drainage issues on the property. Not only did they scope the pipe in question, but four others and walked the property for other pipelines to assess drainage of the land.Andrew then walked me around the perimeter of the property and gave me immeasurable advice on fixing the drainage problems as well as located piping that could be used as a more viable option (connecting to a 6 pipe drain pipe versus 4 piping). Spent a good amount of time here, the price was reasonable, and the job exceptional.Hard to find quality and caring companies these days-small business is a plus here-among all the corporate companies taking over.

My wife and I have used Garrison’s services several times over the past couple of years at our house in south Austin for everything from installing a new shower to repairing our kitchen sink and tankless water heater. They are very professional and timely and are reasonably priced. I’m glad to have finally found such great plumbers and I would highly recommend them to all in the Austin area.

This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good!The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card.The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any missunderstanding
