Best Bathroom Remodel in Austin TX

Canceled 2 appointments and left me sitting here waiting. Made the same lame excuse both times.

Howard arrived about 15 minutes prior to expected time of arrival. When we explained the issues, he was patient to listen and respectful when interacting with us. Overall, we were very satisfied with the visit and would strongly consider using Economy Plumbing again.

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

The two servicemen who came to my home were both very professional. They clearly explained what likely was the problem and what the first and easiest method to quickly confirm the issue and remedy it. I have not had any problems since they resolved the issue. I was very pleased with their knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions.Thank you for the great service.

We called for after hours help with a bathtub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Not only did he come over promptly, he worked very hard to solve our problem. We really appreciate it and will definitely call them again!

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

i first learned about Good Flow Plumbing on our Barton Hills neighborhood website and we want to thank those who took the time to report about this great company. We had the pleasure of having William & Ross take care of our plumbing issues. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We are seniors who have lived in our home for 47 years. We have had a lot of experience over the years and these guys were the best! They have our business from now on and their price was reasonable as well.

I had a small leak behind our range, and Andrew was able to troubleshoot with me to find and replace the leaking hose. Andrew was very personable and made the experience unexpectedly pleasant.

We had a few estimates for a large amount of work. Ben was thorough, detailed, reasonable, and very insightful/informative. He knows his craft well and makes recs and suggestions that are very helpful. He started and is working on a huge scope of all bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as bathroom addition.

Did an emergency call on Saturday afternoon for half the quoted price of another local company. Polite, efficient, and great communication. Will definitely use again.

It is well worth the drive from anywhere. This is my 2nd visit. It is quite in depth in the history. It is the jewel of Fredricksburg and then there is the rest, which is food and fun.

We broke a pipe while attempting to remove a hose from the outside spigot. We immediately had to turn off water to the house and it was 7:00 pm and we had 6 family members inside just after dinner and a long hot day! My husband looked for an emergency plumber on Yelp and within minutes, these guys called us. Within an hour, they were here repairing - had to go through a wall in our bedroom and repair the pipe and the spigot - and now it's 9:30 pm and they are done, gone and our water is turned back on. We are HAPPY customers!! Super friendly, responsive and professional. Apparently, they are a new company so not many reviews but we highly recommend them!

UPDATE: 6/2022 These guys - Nick and Evan - straight up heroes!! Our 20+ year old upstairs AC unit finally quit at the beginning of this horrendous heat wave, and these guys came out and crawled up into our tiny attic, got the big old unit out, installed the new unit and furnace when it was already 98° and got it done in one day. They were courteous and efficient and saved our lives ?We have had the best service from Efficient. We have called on them over the past 10 years and have been lucky enough to work with Ernest Rodriguez, who has been with the company for 13 years and is a true gem. They are very responsive, professional, honest and get the job done without charging an arm and a leg.

Tyler and Tyler of Garrison Plumbing are straight up professional dudes. Good dispositions and always helpful in explaining what they are doing. Had several plumbing projects that they fixed/replaced with attention to detail. Each time they did something new they would check to make sure the previous project was working as expected. Would use them again.

Long Post, Sorry!! As a single woman, it's hard sometimes to trust that a person or company won't take advantage of you. I called a couple of companies to get estimate on a bathroom remodel. The prices I got were obnoxious to say the least. Enter Indigo Facility Services. I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and give me the same estimate on my bathroom redo. Not only were they A LOT more reasonable, but I actually felt a little calmer with John who came out. After doing my own research and liking what I heard and saw, I went with them. We had a little delay because of Covid and materials being backed dated but no fault to them. My only concern was I only had a small amount of time to get it all done because I was using my vacation time to be there. They got almost all of it done in the time frame I needed because they worked a little over time to get it done. I got this done in October, and waited to post something because I was literally waiting on something bad to happen. It NEVER DID. They were professional all the way thru and great guys from beginning to end. I could say something about something the painter did, but I wouldn't blame the whole company for that. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need for your home. I'll be using them again for something soon! Great Job to the guys on site and also the ladies in the office that kept me in the loop on everything. I really appreciate you !!!!
