I was given an estimated time of between 8am and 1 pm. At 4:02 I got a call that they would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. I had an appointment at 4:30 so I had to leave. Because I work 12 hour shifts I wouldn’t be home the next day. So they would come in 2 days in the afternoon. I had waited 4 days for the first appointment and now I would have to wait another 2 if they showed up.

Called their office in the morning and they sent out an experienced tech the very same day. Technician Jason Dailey was the person who arrived. He was friendly, honest, very quick to find the problem and repaired it then had my house cooling off all within 20-25 mins of being there. Glad I called Snyder glad they sent that technician.

I had an issue with my air conditioning in the middle of the night, called at 1 AM to make an appointment and someone actually answered the phone and worked me in for the following day, which was a Sunday morning. Greg repaired my issue quickly and professionally. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue and they have always been super responsive each time and are fairly priced. Great people!

I had 2 toilets installed and the technician was on time, polite, professional and left the bathrooms spotless. I would definitely use their services again.

Just had my first encounter with Joe from Griffin Service. I needed to have my AC checked out as it has been awhile since the last servicing. He was courteous and informative and able to fix an issue I did not know about. He explained everything and I would highly recommend this company. Called them the remove old storm damaged fencing on two sides of the house and an old deck. I sent pics. Without even seeing the job in person, Scott quoted me $3400.00. If I wasn't disabled, I do it myself. Two grown men could knock this job out in half a day.
