I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

I called David for an estimate on a cast iron drain replacement and he came out the next morning. The next day the work was done in 3 1/2 hours on the low side of his estimate. This guy is good.He was prompt, courteous, and he even swept up the floor afterwards. The interaction of the guys there was respectful and professional. It is obvious that David and his guys practice what they claim on their website. These are not just words to these men, they are a class example for the trade and one to be emulated. Need a plumber, call THEM.

Was looking for a water heater install estimate, which I requested through Home Depot. Marcus called and left me a message then never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. Very unprofessional. Got someone else to do the job. Home Depot should reconsider using these guys as it's costing them sales.

Very happy with the service. We have the maintenance package where our units are serviced twice a year. Every single time, the work has been great. Also, they are very organized and the technicians are able to pull up service tickets from previous visits. It's very hard to find a business who actually listens to the customer, pays attention to the issues, has knowledgeable technicians, AND is organized! I've been so impressed by the company that we've used this for home and for the office.Highly recommend!

I had a problem with a washer failing to drain. I described the problem and they sent someone out to fix it, who told me he doesn’t work on appliances, but still wanted to charge $110. If something is outside the scope of your work, you can figure that out on the phone.
