Best Water Softening in Jacksonville FL

I called at 7:58 am and they had a technician out within 1hr of me calling. Gerald was AMAZING he was very professional knowledgeable and explained to me why the leaks were occurring under my kitchen sink that had a major leakage that went to the floor. He fixed it very fast and was very and tested the pipes and plumbing before he left to ensure I was satisfied. I appreciate you all for the fast and professional service because I was panicking the earlier that morning when I noticed the leak and was pleased to choose your company Roto Rooter! So glad I called DWV Plumbing. They had a quick turnaround with calling me back . They come out on time to replace my plumbing under my sink and replace old hardware with new hardware in my bathroom . They were polite and courteous and their was no sales pressure .They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company !

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

5 stars for sure...Great service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Mike the technician was awesome. You can tell he definitely takes pride in what he does. Explained everything well and did a top notch job on our well pump.

This company is beyond awesome! They were prompt with providing a quote, scheduling an appointment, and then replacing the water heater, despite the challenges they encountered due to the age and build up in pipes.
