Best Water Heaters Problems in Jacksonville FL

I WOULD GIVE A NO STAR RATING IF I COULD. I scheduled an appointment for a water heater installation on a Wednesday. I received an appointment for a two hour window of 12pm to 2pm on Saturday. I called Saturday morning at 9:30am and confirmed my appointment. At 2pm Saturday, I hadn’t received a call or text and no technician showed up. I called Roto-Rooter customer service and was told my technician was still at another job site and couldn’t leave until he finished. I waited until 3:15pm and called customer service again. They again said my technician was running late and the dispatcher would have him call me. At 4:15pm customer service called and said my technician was still working another job, but insisted he would show up to my home as soon as he finished, no matter what time it was. I waited until 6:15pm and called Roto-Rooter to tell them it was too late and I didn’t want to do business with them. They insisted they could get a technician out to my home Sunday between 3pm and 5pm. NO WAY WAS I WASTING ANOTHER DAY SITTING AROUND WAITING. Roto-Rooter was going to charge me over 200$ an hour to install the water heater, but they wasted 6 hours of my time. HOW MUCH MONEY IS MY TIME WORTH??? DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID……

Slab leak led to house being replumbed. When the finished hooking up the new pipes, oops they forgot to test the lines before turning on the water. Several leaks spilling water and taking my Internet box out. Water spilled into cabinet above washer dryer and no mention of this. Ruined the cork bottom to my cabinet as well as rags and boxes in the cabinet wet. Drywall guy that came to fix all the holes in the walls and ceilings did a horrible job. He did not clean up after and did not put anything down on the floor to catch any drywall mud. His idea of cleaning up was to use his feet to loosen any mud dripped on the carpet and sweep it up with a broom. They had to have someone else come in a sand the walls because the first guy did not sand at all. All those layers had to be sanded off and redone. What a mess. No discount offered when estimate was for one week. Took an entire month for them to finish.

Stay far away from these two-faced bozos. You can't believe a thing they say. Much better choices exist in Jax. Maybe if you spent more time monitoring your incompetent employees (like Mike) and spent less time ringing your hands over your Google reviews your company would be better off.

I call these people to replace a pipe in the bathroom that had absolutely nothing wrong with it in the end all he did was put in a stopper and punch the pin hole in my. This cost me $400 and did absolutely nothing. My mistake for calling him

Tech was prepared with everything needed to make repairs. He was polite and friendly, and explained why the replacement parts were needed. Great experience and reasonably priced!
