Duck Duck Rooter came to clean out our septic tank this morning. AJ and Mark were totally professional and got the job done quickly, putting things back just as they were.....as a matter of fact you could hardly tell they were here! Extra kudos to AJ who was super friendly and managed to keep a smile on his face even while digging in this hot, humid August weather here in Florida. Thank you Duck Duck Rooter....now that I know how often to pump...you will certainly be the company I will call in 3 - 5 years!

Don't believe the positive reviews here folks! Unless you are a corporate account, have a lot of money or a lot of time to spare while they give you the run around, don't bother. I live less than a mile away from B&G Plumbing and I called Terry, the plumbing manager for an estimate on Thursday. He advised he would call me back Friday at 11am to let me know what time he could stop by that day for the estimate for my bathroom remodel project. Friday I called the office at 130 and explained he hadn't called. The receptionist passed the message and at 2pm he finally called and said, Its not going to work out today, too busy here and short on help. It will have to wait until Monday. I said are you serious? You are within walking distance of my house and would take five minutes of your time to stop by. He said, Just too busy today and won't be able to make it. I said, Well it seems like you just don't want my business. And he immediately hung up on me. Don't bother calling them as they will treat you like they are doing you a favor.

Professional from start to finish. Someone answers the call immediately, the technician arrives when expected and is in constant contact. One technician actually sent a link to a you-tube video to explain what was going on. All companies should take notes on how a business should run..HIGHLY recommend!

Kevin and his coworker arrived at our home at the scheduled time to install a new a/c unit. He was great! He walked me through each step of his process and he made sure I was fully understanding of how the new unit will work and how to take care of it.I've been with Donovan Heat & Air for a couple of years now. OVERPRICED and NON-COMPASSIONATE! Don’t use Griffin Home Services LLC! This week, my shower developed a leak. As a single mom on a tight budget, I try to do repairs myself to save money. I bought an aftermarket Moen 1222 cartridge to repair the leak. I disassembled the shower head, fixture, and all of the hardware. I removed the bad cartridge and put in the new cartridge. The new cartridge just didn’t seat well. So, when I turned on the water, it was spraying everywhere. So, I needed a professional to help with a true Moen 1222 cartridge. I chose Griffin Home Services, LLC because they were local and they seemed honest, according to their reviews. I needed to save money on the service call, so I had everything disassembled and ready for a new cartridge. Literally, all Brenden had to do is bring a true Moen 1222 cartridge from his truck and pop it in…. that’s it. He came, and did just that. He even put on the invoice that the customer disassembled everything and all he did was put in a new cartridge. The bill was $259! Seems a lot steep for having the fixture and hardware all ready to just pop in a new cartridge. The next day, I got a call asking about my experience. I told the woman that Brenden was polite, professional and clean but I think he overcharged me… considering I did all of the work…. He even used MY Cartridge Puller! The rep told me that the cartridge was actually discounted $185 for me! Does that mean they usually charge $265 for that cartridge??!! Which would have made that service call $444 without that discount! I found that crazy since the Moen company actually sells that cartridge for $79.20. Their resolution was to offer me $50 off my next service with them! Are they crazy? I can’t afford to even dial their number on my phone if that’s how they hike fees up! BUYER BEWARE! This company is expensive, I told Brenden I was a single mom and that’s why I was trying to repair it myself. They have no compassion to do what’s right, nor make it right when they know they overcharged.RESPONSE: I DID contact you and your management team advised that I could have a $50 credit to go towards a future service call to Griffin Service or Griffin Home Services LLC.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.
