This business was very responsive and professional which is such a rare trait in plumbing these days. Shout out to David for replacing my water heater in my time of need! We called Duck Duck Rooter to come assist in a clogged drain issue we have been fighting. The crew came out with a jet machine to clear the pipes which worked great. Then Mr. AJ and Mr. Marc came to empty out the tank and did a great job. very courteous, very professional, and helpful!

Always helps me and my crazy plumbing in an older Jax Beach house. Never know what he will find but always fixes it perfectly!

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldn't fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldn't get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

Seriously cannot recommend this company enough, called at night on Friday after another company no showed for a job and was able to get a tech scheduled for Saturday. Great and friendly service, will definitely be giving them all my business in the future.

We called multiple times for an emergency. They never called. We had water shooting out. We had to call the city to turn the water off.

Great experience. I called them on a Saturday to drain our overflowing septic tank at our church and they showed up one hour later. Dalton and Greg were the nicest guys to work with and very professional, they explained to me that our pumps weren't working, this was the reason it overflowed. Now I know who to call if my house septic or any other plumbing issues come up. I highly recommend, trust me, being the Facilities Manager at our church I deal with a lot of businesses. Great job and thanks again.
