My son had clogged the toilet to the point of no return.. after several failed attempts I gave up called RR. And they came out within 2 hours... late night.... i am sooo grateful... if your in need i recommend asking for Steve... he was amazing, quick, professional, knowledgeable and extremely respectful of the fact it was literally midnight... I would recommend him and this company to anyone... A+++Quality work, not unreasonable price and came through in a clutch.

They are the worse! We had a plumbing problem with our toilet backing up in the bathtub and the toilet was stopped up
Make a long story short they didn’t fix the problem. To top it off my dad is using oxygen so I’m furious!!

I cannot begin to say all the good things about this plumber. First of all they are honest and know what they are doing. I used them for a repipe and installation of a water heater and it was literally a life saver. I had an old pipe in the kitchen that was right above my electrical box for my dishwasher and it was about to go. They fixed it and moved the new pipe to a much safer location. Also, my pipes in my shower literally crumbled as they were replacing them. They got all the crumbing old pipes out and replaced them perfectly. I didn’t realize how much of a mess my plumbing was in my house, but they got it fixed and working correctly. The best thing I ever did was to hire this plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for sure.

Alex was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain the issue with my drain blockage and water backing-up into my shower. The problem was resolved quickly. I would definitely use Rock Solid again .

No timeliness in the answering service on a weekend call for service though the service provider lists itself as a 24hr 7day a week company. This said I don't know how good or bad the actual company is. Never got to use them. There answering service nixed that opportunity!
