Joe Andujar was excellent! He went above and beyond my expectations (literally.. he got on the roof). He was professional, honest, and efficient. David Gray is a great company to work with. I’ve hired them 3-4 times now for two different homes I’ve owned. They are responsive when you call, they get out to you quick, and they are effectively fast at what the do. No complaints here, and I will advocate for David Gray and Joe for the help they provided.

I paid almost $300 to get my toilet to flush. Less then a week later, the toilet still doesn't flush

Junior tech came out and busted a pipe in the wall between my shower and living room while servicing a faucet diverter. Now I have to demolish part of a newly tiled bathroom wall or our entertainment center wall.Supervisor refused to take responsibility. Supervisor took my name and number and then went home for the day without calling me back.I have to go with another company to fix the damages directly caused by Roto-Rooter. Avoid at all costs!

Awesome customer service. I called on a Sunday evening and got their answering service who took down all my info and told me someone would call me back. Less than 20mins later I got a call back and 20 mins after that Greg was at my house. My bathtub faucet would not stop running so I had to turn the main off from outside. I figured the cartridge had to be replaced and it did. I have the Moen model with the white cartridge and if you know about those you know they are pretty hard to remove...I'm pretty handy myself and I still couldn't do it even with the puller I bought from Home Depot. Greg removed and replaced the cartridge. Earlier that day I had tried to fix it myself and lost the key component that slides into the cartridge Greg went back to his house to see if he had the part. Needless to say he came back and had my tub fixed and water running in the house and only charged me for the hr. Absolutely AWESOME! Thank you!
