Best Repiping Work in Jacksonville FL

I highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing. They replaced all the drain pipe in 2 bathrooms and kitchen all the way to the city sewer connection. I had 60 year old cast iron pipes that needed to be replaced because they were badly corroded. Terry Vereen Plumbing's price was comparable to other plumbers and they did a phenomenal job. The concrete cutters who they subcontracted also did a great job cutting into the foundation and then pouring the concrete back after the pipes were installed. Overall, they were professional, knowledgeable and they did a great job.

Scheduled an appointment for some service. When scheduling the appointment I gave the employee making the appointment very specific information about what we needed done; the removal of an existing GE Smart Water softener system, the installation of a new Pelican water filter and the installation of some bathroom faucets. Employee repeated back to me what I was asking for as a confirmation so she could schedule the appointment appropriately. Everyone was in agreement and the appointment was set. Husband takes off work to be available . Day arrives, employee shows up and that's where things went south. Employee was not clear on the work that was to be done. After my husband went over what we had scheduled we were told sorry, but we can't install that filter. Apparently they can only provide limited service to existing units. Seems like I made our needs very clear when scheduling so not sure where that went wrong. And to top it off, the employee who came to do the work told my husband that these kind of scheduling mishaps happen with some regularity. When I called to speak to Steve, the manager, he was not available. Asked for a return call and have yet to hear from him. Don't recommend these folks at all.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

Eagerton Plumbing performed a service call 12/29/21. Jared (last name not readable on invoice) was prompt, courteous, and professional. Jared fixed the problem, offered some helpful tips for the future in a timely manner. Thank you.

Shane did an excellent job. Completed it quickly and the area he worked in was left neat and clean. Really appreciated the time he took to explain everything I would need to know about the water heater. Would definitely recommend this company again. Also mention to Oscar who gave me the estimate quickly and explained it to me throughly. Very professional employees!

Thank you Snyder Man! You saved me 50$ on the service fee compared to your competitors, which is pretty much what it cost to replace my capacitor! Everything was fixed in 20 minutes! I'll definitely call for you again in the future.

I hate writing bad reviews but I have no choice. We called last Thursday to have someone come out and look at our toilets because everything was backing up we explained to the tech that this happened before and a previous company did a clean out with a water jet, the tech was so sure and confident he could fix the issue for us. So he snakes out toilet and then said something is wrong so he went on the roof to go through the vent, so almost 3 hrs later they finished and our toilets then worked that night but in the morning the same issue happened again we called and the lady told us that we would have to pay $300+ for them to come out on a weekend and wait until Monday and still pay! We went all weekend with no toilets,sinks, or washer. The supervisor told us he would come out Tuesday and do the same thing that obviously did not work. It was poorly handled and we ended up calling another company who fixed the problem in less that an hour and they have a 6 month warranty.. Pick a company who has a warranty, believes in good customer service, and is confident in their work. This company is not.
